I, *********************************, bought a *** X5 45e 2021 (VIN# *****************) from Valley BMW, ******* on July 12, 2021. I believe that I have got a Lemon from them, since the car has been having multiple issues from day 1. Thus, I am looking for your help to resolve this issue.Following are some of the issues that I have encountered so far:Safety issues Car suddenly stops working on the highway with not working emergency lights No *** Road side assistance provided Car will automatically move to the next lane without any prior notice Parking sensors are not detecting objects around the car Auto Parking feature is malfunctioning and its parking car on the curb Headlamp stops working abruptly in the middle of the night Major issues Apple carplay and Android auto features are not working Cars camera will stop working abruptly (pictures attached)Cars battery is taking more than 20 hours to charge Doors are not automatically locking after locking the car Mirrors are not automatically folding after locking the car Passenger side massage feature stopped working Front camera button shows the back camera and vice versa Due to these major issues, I have reached out to the dealership many times, but I havent got any help so far. Instead of fixing my car, they have intentionally created mechanical problems with my car to void the warranty. Thus, I am reaching out to you for some help. Can you please help me? The concerns you have are being caused by the failing battery pack. The battery pack is failing because of the failing coolant system. The coolant system is failing because a rock impacted your radiator. *** has determined
this is not a warranty concern. As advised earlier, you may want to contact your insurance company.

I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't make sense that the rock has pass throw the front grill or any other front body without damage (or without a scratch) also it took you over a month to just open a hood and check the radiator. we consult with third party about radiator, there is no way this damage is due to the rock may be it would have come defective or it would have damaged by dealership technician and again you are not even considering all other problems (like safety issues, Parking sensors not detecting objects around the car, camera malfunction, Auto Parking feature is malfunctioning and its parking car on the curb, Headlamp stops working abruptly in the middle of the night etc.) with this car since the day we have parched it. every time your dealership has been telling me different stories but on the papers (repairs orders) you telling me no problem detected. I am again repeating that this car is a lemon car, from the day we purchased it has multiple issues which I have sent you all the photos please feel free if need the any details like photos dates and time etc. so you have better idea when this car has issues from.

I am rejecting this response because :we already contacted ******** that's other part with this car but you only looking at the radiator, what about all the problems we having with this car from day one? I cannot believe this car has multiple issues and you are a *** Dealership is saying all problems like safety ( car is throwing from current line to next line without any notice) cameras malfunction etc. is due to radiatorBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: it has been delaying , given wrong information & paper work done by Valley BMW and *** NA saying it was tired party product (the extended platinum coverage BMMC Platinum Protection) also I have been told by you and your staff when we were there you will not receive any invoice for it we have covered and taken care of it , we were forced to drop off the car at Enterprise, and now we have been getting multiple times invoice of $395.26 so unprofessional and we have to go thru such terrible experience
