Consumers have made concerning allegations about Dabliz Rolling Venturing LLC.  In addition to allegations publicly viewable online, we received the following report:

"On 06/20 I answered an email that was a survey about shopping at Wal-Mart. The offer for completing the survey was some pots and pans which I only had to pay the shipping costs of $6.99 which I provided my debit card information. After getting a notification from my bank for the withdrawal, I checked my account and found I was debited $59.53. I immediately called the phone number provided to cancel my order and was told that “if everything was too good to be true on the internet, don’t believe it”. I was informed that $50.00 was part of the program that I had replied for. I was told that the $59.53 would be refunded to my account in 3-5 business days. On 06/21/23 a refund appeared on my account but was immediately debited again that same day. After calling the company again, I was told that I was mistaken and that was the amount I was going to refunded and if I waited a few more days the refund would appear. I called my bank and asked about the transactions and that indeed they had refunded the money and it was immediately withdrawn right afterwards. I found the information about the company on bizrate and had read reviews from other people who have been scammed in the same manner I was."

According to the BBB Code of Advertising, "Any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature. Advertisers must not interpret the consumer’s silence, failure to take an affirmative action to reject goods or services, or failure to cancel the agreement, as consent to enroll the consumer in the negative option feature. Instead, they must ensure that the consumer affirmatively consents (either online, over the phone, or in person) to the negative option feature before enrolling the consumer in the plan."

BBB wrote to the company on July 12, 2023 and July 25, 2023 requesting an explanation for the consumers allegations, as well as documentation confirming that consumers are affirmatively consenting to be enrolled in a recurring subscription. As of today's date the company has not responded.
