            I am reporting this facility for failure to provide us with a **** but requesting $40,000 for my deceased father. My father stayed at this facility roughly from February 2021 until 8/23/2021. He passed away on 8/28/21 and since his passing the facility has been calling me and my mother harassing and demanding payment when my Spanish speaking mother and surviving spouse does not have any money. We have advised them that we are waiting to qualify for Medical. The facility has never sent us a ****. They have sent one letter saying it is a final notice and if we dont pay $40,000 by 11/3/21 they will try and *** us and put a lien on my mothers home. We have never been notified that services were not covered for my dad by his insurance. All we have received is one letter dated 10/25/21 and harassing and threatening voicemails not only to myself but my other sisters. I believe this place is billing is incorrectly and committing billing fraud. Please help!
