They over charged me ****** for a service that with a coupon was only ***** the customer service was very bad to where the mechanic was very belligerent and rude they charged me the incorrect amount then I found my account to be very low ****** less than before.Initial Complaint

My husband took my truck for a routine oil change on 1/18/23, not long after we had a check engine light come on for oil viscosity and discovered the oil was also overfilled. We took truck back to oil changers the very next day and informed them of the error. They performed another oil change that day 2/1/2023 and charged my husband again. Within a few hundred miles after that oil change the engined seized while I was driving, nearly causing me to wreck. Oil was once again overfilled. Vehicle was then towed to *********************** Jeep Ram for diagnostic. Truck was determined to have complete catastrophic engine failure and the oil was full of metal. We followed the procedures listed on the back of the oil change paper work through these events and truck had no prior issues. Oil changers refuses responsibility and has not attempted to repair or settle this issue with us. Total repair cost amounting $17k+.
