I normally dont put negative comments on reviews however this is one of the few worse business i ever seen. They mentioned if they do complete work will charge me full price and if they cant will let me know in the first hour. They end up charged me full price and job in completed. I called ***** the office manager and as soon as i started complaint she hang up the phone. Very rude people included owner . Not professional.I called a local business and they completed the messed caused by the owner of golden state plumbing and charged very low price.Be smart and dont deal with them still i will make sure to get my money back.They make their emplyees to put reviews with different names.Business response

Sorry we did not respond in time to the complaint in a timely manner. We provided this customer with a ********************** that he agreed to. We had a technician at his home April 10th and provided him with an estimate to snake and hydro jet his outdoor drains. He agreed to the price so we returned on April 15th to perform the service. We had 2 technicians on site snaking and hydro jetting his lines for almost 3 hours and pulling back an excessive amount of roots. Our tech let him know he had a bigger issue with his outdoor drainage system but we completed the job that we provided him the estimate for. He was not happy that there was a bigger issue there and demanded his money back. We could not issue him a refund because the job that we estimated him for was completed. I have provided photos of the roots and the hydro jet in the drain and a copy of the signed receipt that was signed by the homeowner Ninos. If you have any questions please let me know. I am rejecting this response because: The owner was in my house to do the job while he was there we agreed he let me know in advance if he can't do the job in first 30 minutes and i will pay him for full hour however he kept continue working for 2 hours and he said he can do the job. After he mentioned everything completed and working i checked and job wasnt done base on agreement however he was very rude and he demand of $500 i called the office to complaint ***** picked up the phone and i found out the technician was really the owner and ***** was worse than the owner and their work and attitude was so un real and she was even worse and when i was talking she hang up the phone. They need to return my money and apologizing for their attitude.
