We ordered a toilet on 3/20/24 from United Site Services to be delivered to a job site on and it was delivered the next day and I was billed immediately after that. The customer service representative asked for specific directions and explanations to deliver the toilet, which included all necessary information such as streets and gate codes. We call on 4/10/24 when the project is completed for the toilet to be picked up. They inform us it can take about 3 business days, which is fair. Sometimes they come faster. We received a call from the client that the toilet is still there on their private property on 4/20/24 so I called Monday, 4/22/24 to express my concern on how the toilet still has not been picked up. I express how it hasnt been used in almost two weeks and that it is disgusting to leave a toilet there. The service representative blames the dispatch and that they couldnt access the site. I ask how is that possible if I give you all the information necessary and remind them that they were able to deliver successfully so why is it an issue now. Why do they even ask for this important information just to say that dispatch couldnt access the site? Does dispatch read the important information that was shared to the representative? He said my new pickup date is scheduled 4/23/24 and that he will have someone from dispatch call me. I never received a call. Today is now 4/24/24 and I am just now getting an email saying that my pick up date for the site is now 4/25/24. That is almost two weeks of this business leaving a toilet on private property. I tried calling immediately after receiving the email and of course, they are closed for the day. The toilet has been sitting on private property for over two weeks now. This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional how they play the blame game and take no accountability for abandoning a toilet on private property. They will charge your credit card instantly but refuse to pick up their toilets in a timely manner. They claim to have a hassle-free system in place on their website for site pickup and its been everything but hassle free.
