My complaint has two contention points:1) Service and product were delivered egregiously late, and unfinished. 2) Pricing of services and products is severe price gauging, over promising on phone and zoom calls to justify the high price, and then only including bare minimum services in written form (which were still not finished upon). Service: Complete sales funnel build with copywriting Date of transaction: May 8, 2023 Promised delivery date: 3 weeks Extended delivery date: 4 weeks Actual delivery date: 16 weeks PRICE GAUGING/FRAUD Charged: $6500 Fair market value compared to other vendors: $1000 ($500 Funnel Build, $500 Copywriting)Service and product received were UNFINISHED. I was very kind and accommodating during the entire tenure of this service, however delays were constant and never resulted in finished work. Upon contacted the vendor to handle amicably, I was told that they are under no obligation to reimburse, refund or continue work on this heavily delayed and unfinished product. This resulted in thousands of dollars of lost business to me and my company, as these funds were allocated to a product that was supposed to be live and generated income MONTHS before it was received. In addition, the service was far less than promised, thus resulted in my business not being able to hire any other vendors to fix the issues that were caused. This vendor should be penalized, as they purposely overpromise verbally to then underdeliver in reality, scamming and costing their clients thousands of dollars in incomplete service, as well as thousands of dollars of lost revenue had these services been complete and effective.
