Dmv has hold on title because of brake in the light certification, was not told this or having a salvage title he put $2000 on paper work and sent it to dmv when I paid him$8500 dmv will not give me the title or tags until repairs are made that is a fraud sale, and never should have been soldInitial Complaint

My fianc and I recently bought a **** Wanderer travel trailer from Modesto Rv Center. The day we went to pick up the trailer they had everything set up for us to look at and everything looked good and In working condition. After looking at the trailer we did all the paperwork and were getting ready to leave the property. And their maintenance technician was closing everything up on the trailer once he got to the awning of the travel trailer he was ******* and wasnt explaining or communicating on how to put away the awning which lead to him tugging on a pole not putting it away correctly which lead to the awning canvas ripping off of the trailer completely. Then the owner said that they would install and replace the awning canvas. Also it states in his office and on paper that anything that breaks or is damaged on their property they are reliable to fix and replace those items. Keep in mind we have text messages stating the owner would replace and install the new awning canvas and the employee and the maintenance technician also witnessed this conversation happen. The owner asked us what color of awning canvas we would like and we agreed on white and tan and he would order it. About two weeks later the owner says he has the awning and would like for us to pick it up. Once we got to the property he contacted us and said if we could go to his house and pick it up there, which is 13 minutes away from their dealership. We went ahead and drove over their eager to get our new awning canvas. But it appeared that the awning he ordered was all black and smelled like mold and wasnt even in the correct packaging and wrapped in ductape. We also have a photo of that awning canvas. When we spoke with him about the awning he ordered he said oh you guys didnt want black when we clearly said in text and in person we wanted ***** and tan. It has been almost a month now since we have purchased the trailer and he keeps promising us dates but ends up canceling last second. ThanksInitial Complaint

I purchased a Motor Home with cash back in June of this year. I have not received my title, tags or registration. I have called and talked to the sales person several times. The last time I talked to them they told me to have a smog test done. This is a Diesel engine and they dont get a smog test done. Also I know was bought as it but on the contract they were going to fix a few things that broke they have yet to do that either. The ** is in the shop getting fixed now.
