I was in a car accident and was rear ended. Geico got me a rental through enterprise. The locations in ******, ******* and ******* made it impossible for me to get my rental. All because I had an id and not my drivers license on me. First they told me to have someone who has a physical drivers license put on my insurance and then when I do that they can pick up the car. So I got my wife on my regular insurance. It cost me 200 dollars. Then my wife told me she cant miss work and enterprise wouldnt stay open a little after 5 for me. So then I put my mom on my insurance and when my mom traveled 3 hours away using my debit card enterprise told her that they dont accept pre paid card. My debit card is from chase bank. And then told her that she needed to use her bank card. So then I proceed to try to send her 50 dollars through any way I can and it didnt work. I sent money to a friend using Venmo cash app chime all to have it not go through for my mom in *******. Then they tell me that they cant use my card without me there even though the insurance claim for the rental is under my name. They are playing games with me. And they cost me a lot of money.
