No stars deserved, but thats not a BBB option. After receiving lip injections toons with Juvederm, I noticed migration. Not only did staff show me Pictures of what migration looked like, violating HIPPA, using another clients photos. This RN, the professional whom I trusted with my face, insisted I needed to redo them. So, I did. Now $1000.00 later Im still trying to dissolve it. When I tried to talk to the manager about the service, he touched my arm and said he did not mean for me to be upset. I felt violated. Im a paying patient, Im not a friend. I do not like the way I was treated when I expressed my concern. This clinic should be audited for Professional Licenses to ensure theyre even legally allowed to operate. All of the people I referred are also dissatisfied with overall outcomes of services. Never again.Review from Shar W

I had to pay when I called to book an appointment. Day of appointment , I had to wait 45 minutes. They already had my money. I rebooked for the following week. Had procedure done and I noticed strange new 2 lines going up from my eyebrows to my hair line ! I made an appointment and met with the nurse who did the procedure. Another lady joined our meeting and both of them told me not to worry, those lines will go away. The other lady refused to give me her name. Few days *****, those lines were still there so I called to speak with the manager. I was again assured the lines will go away. Three month later, the lines are still there! No apologies , no response or refund! Most unprofessional attitude. They over-charge you. Be careful, check your credit card to make sure youre not overcharged! I had to ask for a refund as they overcharged me a couple of times. Never again.
