There are multiple employees that are targeting my specific address. Stanislaus tow have illegally towed 4 of my friend ************'s vehicles by scouting the property at ****************************************. ****'s sister ************************************************ was dropping thier mom off after the mom was released from the hospital and Stanislaus tow was scouting the property and as ***** walked her mom inside the address ************************************************ tow stole Dixies car. And a similar situation happened with me, except I was taking my baby in the house, made her a bottle and went back outside to get the diaper bag and my car was already long gone out of the mobile home park. I called stanislaus tow (I never saw the driver because he took my car and was gone in less than 2 minutes so i do not have the tow truck driver's name) but he refused to bring my car back. I actually live in my car. My 2014 ****** Altima. I had just bought it so the ****** was not registered to me yet, so all of my belongings that I use to live were also stolen with my car, because I live in my car. Now I have no where to sleep, no clothes, none of my belongings, and I had just got a job that I was supposed to be starting tomorrow, but I won't be able to go now that my supplies and vehicle have been stolen by Stanislaus towInitial Complaint

Urgent Assistance Request Improper Vehicle Towing on 01/02/2024 Dear Better Business Bureau,I trust this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in a matter concerning an incident that transpired on 01/02/2024 involving Stanislaus Towing Company.Our 2015 red *** was mistakenly towed from the residence at ***********************************************************************************. Despite efforts to communicate with the towing company, our concerns have been ignored. Additionally, a complaint has been filed with the Stanislaus County Director's Office.The vehicle was legally parked in a personal space with proper authorization from the resident, and the towing process resulted in severe damages. Law enforcement officers have acknowledged the error with citation #**********.This incident, coupled with the lack of response and potential discriminatory implications, has led us to seek your intervention. On The 02-23-2022 My Car Was Towed From ********************************************************************** At 7:00Pm I Was Parked In A Apartment Complex ************* The Reason For The Tow ** That I Was In A Fire Lane **** There Was Other Vehicles Parked In The Same *********** There Was Nothing That Indicated You're Vehicle Will Be Towed If Parked *********** Can See That In The ************ Word Fire Lane ** Painted ********** Barley Be Seen In The Day I'm Not Sure How They Can See That **** It Was Already Night They Didn't Report Until 9Pm So For Two Hours I Was Under The Impression It Was ************* I Went To Pick Up My Vehicle I Had To Go To The Next City Over
