      The business sold me a car and within the first 30 days the transmission went out and they didnt provide me with any of the cars paperwork , they had sent me to go get the car fixed but the insurance that I had purchased didnt cover the rental car when they personally said they would.

      The paperwork was given to the Purchaser *******************************. The Customer was encouraged to purchase a service contract which covers the vehicle as soon as the customer drives off our lot. It does cover rental and she was told to go take her vehicle to a transmission shop that has a working relationship with *********** contract provider. I was informed that at 9:30 am 12/5/2023 that it was being dropped off at the shop that was recommended by us. Once the claim is approved, a rental will be covered under terms of the contract.

      I bought a car from American auto **** in ******* ** the car was a piece of s*** oil all over top of Motor bolts where missing and some where loose tire where bald the girl was in back seat it wasnt even 30 day and I had to bring it back 4 times they left me with out a car they acted as oil nothing was wrong with this situation I give them a -1 service

      OK well just start off. I filed a complaint two weeks ago simply when I did finally get my car three weeks later, asked me to take the complaint down which I am fully aware that they did fix my AC, but all the other things that I asked to be addressed The missing bolts, the loose bolts power steering fluid major oil leak ball tires. The car is just a piece of ****, so please Im writing this, so nobody buys from this business. They are crooks the only want your money. The route employees are ridiculously rude, laughed in my face , when I told him I had an emergency to go to and they wouldnt give me my car. He said I have the money which I did not owe money. I am up-to-date with my money there. I had to speak with the office manager finally to get anything done and finally got my car back three weeks later , I dont know if theres something that you can do for all my loss of work that I lost three weeks of my gas that I spent five times driving down there. I wish they would fix that for me. They also wrote on my paperwork that I missed and didnt see the ****** or want to charge me for the car when it was only supposed to be ****** I guess I have to take him to court and Im not sure but if I want to make sure that I put this out there. These guys dont buy from them please its a headache in the cars are no good , please please for your own own well-being Thank you for your time and hopefully you can get this resolved for me

      I submitted a complaint and theres a few things that I would like to be done. I would like my Tahoe back and my money back for all the loss of lies that you guys told me all the loss of gasoline cost me to drive back-and-forth back-and-forth and back-and-forth. You guys need to be shut down because I deserve to have a business or own a business. You do cricket s*** you sell s***** cars that are hazardous to the road to the customer. You were very unfair and I believe theres a need to be in a business. How are you got an A+ rating I have no idea but Im bound and determined to get that off, so make it right and give me my Tahoe back. Give me all my money I paid you and Ill write a good review about you until then youre gonna get continuous continuous continuous bad reviews for me. Im just a helpless, single mother I dont have a lot of money and you guys wanna go take what I dont even have a give me .Im just a helpless single mother I dont have a lot of money and you guys want to go take what I dont even have and give me a s***** car on top of it. You guys go to sleep in at night and f****** sleep well knowing Im rub down the side of the road because of your guises lies saying that the car was fixed and it wasnt give me my Tahoe back and guys can have your f****** Camry back piece of s*** Car and remind you American Auto Depot its only been 30 days and remind you Ive only had the car eight of the three days that Ive had it so dont try and say that its all just happened after f****** I got it cause youre a liar, going to say that

      The complaint was addressed. The customer is currently driving the vehicle. The customer is a buy here, pay here Customer, of which we have many. If she does not want to communicate with us further, she can always find a finance company or a Title loan company to loan here the money to pay us off. Upon returning her repaired vehicle, she was courteous to our staff and appreciated us helping her out. I appreciate the fact that she waited to express her true feelings as a BBB complaint and not directed at my staff.

      They repossessed a vehicle in July 3 days before my first payment was due the paperwork I left with said 45 days after purchase they took it back 30 days after purchase I paid over 5k they then had the car on their lot after lying to me saying it was at a tow yard still and re sold it before contacting me and I lost out on the 5k I want my money back at this point they advertise the car as 2 years newer than what it was it was a 2014 dodge not 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan ******** the girl in office said hope you have a man to check the fluids the car had no oil no coolant no transmission fluids ****** the owner is the modt irresponsible business owner their yelp I wish I would of seen first they have done this to about ***** others they should be shut down

      First payment was due. Customer called (NO AN*WER) 6-15-2022

      non payment insurance notification received. Customer called (NO AN*WER) 6-25-2022

      Received a check from a boyfriend for 1st payment 7-1-2022

      Check returned N*F 7-8-2022

      Dispatched to repo for fail to pay and not maintaining Insurance 7-10-2022

      Repo'd 7-13-2022 condition reports: *eats & Carpet *tained, Multiple scratches and dings, Leather seat torn, Collision damage to Left rear fender and right sliding door.

      Customer called in stating she wanted the vehicle back and was living in the vehicle. *he was informed that she would have to pay for repairs, pay the Repo Fee and *************************** and bring her payments current.

      Customer offered us a CA*H buy out of $7K to which we agreed because of the condition of the vehicle.

      *he did get insurance that same day, but we never heard from her again.

      As for the 14 vs. 17 Model year, We have no idea as to what she is talking about. All paperwork is clear.

      As to ********, No person by that name is or has ever worked here by that name.

      as to ******, He does not own or is not affiliated with the * Corp papers filed with The *******************.

      The vehicle was taken out of storage  on 7-27-2022 and immediately taken to a body shop costing well over $1,000.00 in repairs and from there taken to an upholstery shop costing $175.00 and from there to a detail shop costing over $300.00.

      The customer was given every opportunity to have her contract reinstated.

      As a side note, We do not condone, promote, or sell cars intended to be lived in.
