Horrible stay at Motel 6 in Mojave, Ca by Stater Bros. Grocery store. We paid for 2 nights and shortly after checking in we had discovered a bed bug in the room. We had called and went up to the front desk and let them know about the situation and the young man working at the front desk said, "that the bed bug was a spider and that there was nothing that he could do for us until the manager came in the following day." We were suppose to be checking out but instead of checking out we decided to pay for another night and shortly after doing so we found 2 more bed bugs on the bed. So I put the bed bugs in a plastic cup and let the housekeeper that came by know and she said, "to go to the front desk." We went to the front desk and let them know that we had found so 2 more bed bugs and that we had been bitten by the bed bugs and asked for a another room or for a refund. They gave us another room but we had changed or mind and wanted to check out and get a refund for the nights that we had stayed so on the way up to the front desk we stopped the manager and let him know that we had changed our minds and wanted a refund and the manager said, "he would refund us our money back." But once we to the front desk their was a discrepancy because they only wanted to refund for the last day we had just paid for instead of refunding us for the 3 nights we stayed. And end result we didnt get a refund for our stay nor did we get another room and were told come back after 5 p.m once the pest investigator did an investigation to determine whether or not if there were bed bugs. The final outcome of the investigation was that they didnt find no bed bugs so while we stayed there and got all bit up by the bed bugs we were not refunded or compensated for any of the 3 nights we stayed. The experience was awful and horrible. Customer service was not that great at all. Will not be staying at that Motel 6 again.
