I own a 2022 Jeep Gladiator, and when it reached ****** miles, I started experiencing a serious issue: the "Service Shifter" message would flash, the steering wheel would become hard to turn, and the check engine light would come on. This is extremely dangerous as it makes steering nearly impossible while driving. To temporarily fix it, I have to turn off the car and restart it, but the problem keeps recurring.I have brought my vehicle to the dealership three times for the same issue, and each time they failed to find anything, as documented in their records. Recently, when the check engine light turned on again, I managed to drive to the dealership despite the steering wheel being nearly unturnable. I explained the problem to two service staff members, including ****, who had helped me previously. I emphasized that turning off the car would reset the check engine light, making it harder to diagnose the problem. **** noted my concern inaccurately and suggested that rats might be chewing the wires, which I found absurd and frustrating. After having my jeep at the dealership for over 30 days, and lack of communication On July 15 the jeep was finally "ready" they gave me the paperwork showing some things were "fixed" when i drove out the dealership within the 10 minutes of driving the same issue showed up, they didnt fix anything!!! I emailed the service manager **** and he gave me a bs excuse that they fixed what was fixed reccomended via "factory" which i dont know what they recommended because the jeep has the same issues, i uploaded proof of the issues happening while i was driving back to the dealership, and showed proof to **** the manager that the same issues where happening and his bs reply. The service department's negligence is not only inconvenient but potentially life-threatening. I am furious with the poor service and lack of communication.

We bought a brand new Jeep Trackhawk for $******* and within two days a spring in the engine broke, broke a valve, and split the head. The engine is seized and a Jeep dealership in AZ where it was towed has informed us it needs a new engine. The dealership is refusing to take the vehicle back. They have been terrible in regards to doing anything to help us. The car is so new Chrysler did not even have record of the car being sold. We had to pay for our own towing and rental car. They said they would reimburse us but it hasn't happened and they have lied to us so I'm not sure that will even happen. On December 22nd ***** the sales manager told us we could return the vehicle for a full refund. The next afternoon when the general manager (****) finally addressed the situation she said she would not take the vehicle back. We have been informed at the very least this repair will take 6 weeks at the minimum. If they can find an engine. According to California lemon law the repair can not take more than 30 days or the dealership has to take the car back. We want the dealership to take the car back and process a full refund.

I took my car there for a recall service (free). When finished they told me my brakes were all down to the metal and the car cannot be released because it was too unsafe to drive on the roads. They quoted me $700 for the front brakes and $500 for the rear brakes. I declined the service. This made the service guy very angry. When they drove my car up the window was now in the down position and could not close. I complained because they broke it because I wouldn't get an expensive (not needed) brake job. I took the car to get inspected at another shop, they told me my brakes were in great condition and would last 30,000 miles. I took my car to a window repair shop and got the window that Monrovia Chrysler broke repaired for $300. The person that broke my window should pay for the repair. I'm requesting my $300 from Monrovia Chrysler and I will keep telling victims to avoid these SCAMMING CRIMINALS.

      Business response

      11/17/2021

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/29) */ To whom this may concern, Mr. *** had his vehicle in with us for a free Factory recall which we performed, the recall had nothing to do with the windows, it was a simple software update. When Mr. *** picked up his vehicle from us and we discussed with him our recommendations from our Multi point inspection, he preceded to say that we where to expensive and that he would take his vehicle elsewhere. We thanked him for his business and he drove off, approximately 10 minutes later he returned and accused us of haven broke his window because it wouldn't roll back up. H insisted that we fix it at no charge we explained that we did not touch his window nor did we have an business doing so, we offered him a discount that he refused. We at the time made him an offer of a discount which he refused. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/11/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I brought my car to the dealer with the windows in the up position, When the van was returned to me the window was in the down position. After turning out of their parking lot, I tried to close the window it mage noise and would not close. At the next traffic signal I made a u turn and retuned to the dealer (not 10 minutes later). The guy their said that I broke the window and proceeded to calling me names and telling me that my van was a pile of trash. At no time was any discount offered for the bogus brake repair scam. At no time was anything offered about the windows that the dealer broke. This dealer is a SCAM business and if you do not accept their SCAM they will break your vehicle. That is their business model. I will be informing Chrysler Corporate of this SCAM dealer and their policy to cheat customers.
