We bought a bag of the sour cream and onion corn puffs, like we always do on our trips to TJs, and they tasted like chemicals/rubber. It was a bit concerning. Not sure if it was a faulty production. I added pictures of the bag we bought in case. Thanks.

April 2024 I recently utilized one of trader joe's online forms to address concerns regarding two of their products: Avocados and TJ'S Lemons. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of these items, noting that the avocados tasted unpleasantly like plastic or the sole of a shoe, while the lemons consistently developed mold. It has been a thoroughly revolting experience in both instances.Despite the store's assurance via email from *************************************** that they would notify their ***************** Manager and appropriate buyer, I am left wondering why these products continue to remain on your shelves despite their recurring issues. As a loyal customer, I find it unreasonable to repeatedly return to their store to report quality issues and undergo the inconvenience of seeking refunds. Shouldn't your quality assurance manager and buyer already be aware of these ongoing problems? It is my firm belief that consistently problematic items should be promptly removed from shelves until their quality is restored. As a customer, I expect to purchase products that do not spoil prematurely or possess unpleasant, non-food-like flavors. My recent experiences with these two products have left me highly dissatisfied with my overall supermarket experience. It appears that prioritizing customer experience is not currently a focus for this company. If a product is offered at subpar standard quality, it should not be sold.I appreciate their attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution for all the trips I had to make to seek reimbursement for these multiple product purchases. Their negligence is causing me repeated inconvenience, and I am asking you to ***** me a fair amount of store credit for it.

I purchased a gift card for my daughter. I believe it was unused and when we attempted to use it, we were told it couldnt be accepted. I called ********* services as directed, gave them the ** number of the card and was told that there was a zero balance. They refused to release the amount of the purchases or even the dates for privacy/security reasons. That is unacceptable and of dubious integrity. Please advise.Card ** #*******************

On 3-6-24 I was shopping at the Trader Joe's ************ location. When I went to check out and complete my purchase the Store Manager, ****, approached me in the midst of the checkout line in front of the other customers and staff. My purchase on this occasion was 8 bunches of flowers, which is a regular purchase for me often. I have been regular shopper at this location for over 10 years for groceries for my family, the liquor store and floral. I felt the way she handled it made feel belittled and humiliated in front of everyone around me and she then refused my purchase because I was purchasing too many flowers. She made me feel embarrassed, and belittled. I left the store and when I got home I called the store back to talk to her to continue this conversation in private. She continued to be snarky and humiliating. I then called the corporate office and am waiting on a regional manager phone call still.

As I entered the store and began to shop for my groceries covering various areas of the store there was a security personnel who followed me to each area I traveled. The security was a young ***** male wear a sweatshirt which visibly had the word security on the back of his black sweatshirt .The black male would enter my personal space with a sinister grimace as he attempted to concel his laughter . He was given a directive to monitor and surveill me as he was in my peripheral throughout the duration of my shopping experience. His presence was unwarranted and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As I shopped for my groceries in this store I have observed the discrimination tactic Trader Joe's allocates their security personnels to engage in. That is to dissuade and discourage shoppers of color from having a genuinely diplomatic experience.

I bought 5 canvas bags at this store on 11/5/2023 17:20 as time marked on the receipt. It was a situation like this the bags I wanted were in a box with many other stuff laid on it instead of being hanged on the rack so I asked a representative of the store to pick and count 5 bags for **** 100% trust her counting the right number so I didnt check. But when I got home I found I only got 4 in my hand.I fully believe its because the representative counted the wrong number and of course charged me the wrong money. The value they charged is for 5 bags each for $3.99 -$19.95 in total but I definitely only got 4 in my hand.I tried to call back to see if they can send another bag to me or just refund because its not my fault and I live really far.I have no time and its not worth for me to take 1.5 hours to get back just for one canvas bag.But the guy who answered the phone said theres no way to refund or send another bag to me unless I go back in person in the store. The problem is this is not my fault and it is unreasonable and ridiculous to waste my time to make up their fault.I just need a refund of the bag which they didnt give it to me or send another new bag with the same type to my address with no cost. This really upset and disappointed me.

. I was juicing the Trader Joes organic celery for me and my young children, like I do every week. I juiced the celery and gave some to myself and my two children. As I was continuing the process, I noticed a large centipede alive inside the celery. I panicked, because I had already given the juice to my daughters. I immediately threw the large centipede into the garbage, and called the manager, ****, at my local Trader Joes. She reported this incident several weeks ago but I had never heard back. Because of the incident I had bouts of nausea. I have also not been able to juice celery since this incident, I have rheumatoid arthritis and the celery juice helps decrease inflammation.I have not posted about this incident on social media or with the media. I was hoping that Trader Joes would make this right by sending me a gift card for the amount to cover one week of groceries for myself and my children. I feel like my concerns were brushed off and not taken seriously, despite multiple attempts to get in contact with someone. Even the manager at my local Trader Joes was surprised that no one got a hold of me. They seemed to agree that there should be some action taken. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding the gift card. I shop at Trader Joes 2-4 times per week as our main grocery shopping location. I have been a loyal customer for many years, to the point where the staff and managers all know me by name and face.

During today's trip to this store (9/29), the cashier verbally tried to overcharge me $10. Twice. This was after she had removed the correct amount from the display screen. The two previous visits I was short changed $5 each time. Fortunately, I caught it, plus filed a complaint for these two occurrences with T.J.'s online form, never to receive a response. It seems they're trying to take advantage of seniors, possibly others, in order to compensate for their shortcomings.
