I took out over the phone in August of this year a 6 month internet subscription Number ********* for 6 months to the Whittier Daily News. I had nothing but problems using their flaws internet edition access and so I cancelled my subscription in early September by phone asking for a refund. I was told that unknown to me, I had prepaid my subscription by my credit card thus no refund was allowed. Such action by the newspaper in not allowing a refund for the unused portion is theft and by not informing me of their policy is also fraud. I want a refund for my unused portion.Business response
