      My range hood suddenly stopped working after 2+ years. I obtained **************** via email and was quite happy to get almost immediate responses from real humans. I supplied the additional info they required and they promptly shipped replacement parts. Probably the best, quickest, most efficient customer service i have EVER experienced in my life.I'll buy again from this company when next the need arises

      Had a slight issue with the stainless hood having a few blemishes on it. Customer service was very helpful and I will be getting it replaced by a 3rd party seller.

      We have had the hood for almost a month now. Price, Build, clean appearance and ease of installation with aluminum flex pipe--all very good. Noise level a little high on full speed, but glad to have 3 speeds and enough suction to clear odors etc. We vent to outside via 6" pipe. It should be noted CLEARLY IN THE DESCRIPTION that this hood is much higher than the average hood and will therefore be lower than previous hood, when installed. I had raise it higher for clearance than expected. We like both appearance and permanence of filter units. Light is very good as covers whole stove bright enough. Too soon to judge reliability or how easy to change bulbs-- hope they last. Warranty process via web was terrible as it blocked at end each time. Required a call to company which went very well with ***** (very helpful and professional) in Customer support. This company in general seems a higher quality than most in the appliance realm. I give 4 star only because of WEB based warranty hassles.
