On April 4/28/2022 I went to a business called Patron Automotive To buy Bumper cover and bumper grille for my daughter car. we never use this parts because in beginning July 2022 my daughter decides to sale the car and now we did not need this parts any more, so I went back to Patron Automotive and try to get back the car parts and get my money back ($249.51) and ******* Told me I need to talk to the owner this was arround July 7 and him told me: the owner is out of town and wi'll be back by the end of the week; I went back saturday and him told me still is not back. I went back Tuesday July 13 and him told me They can't take the parts back because the time is so long since I get the parts and they can't do nothing and I try to get and exchange for diferent parts for a diferent car because is the most common on other stores but they refuse. I did not need this auto parts any more and they won't want to taked back.Business response

My name is ******* *********, Manager of Patron Automotive. I've spoken to ******* ****** regarding the purchase they made on 04-28-2022. Due to the covid 19 There's no return on special orders, unless we made the mistake. I had mentioned this to the purchaser that are special order. We also have signs around the shop stating (no returns on special orders). Mr. ****** wants to return his order 2 months later because he doesn't need them anymore. In the bottom of the invoice lower left states all claims must be made within 10 days from the date of the invoice, no returns on special orders. I tried working something out with Mr. ****** but he refused.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
They never told me there is a time frame to return, even, I never ask theme because I never think I need to return any thing.The recipe don't say anything about the time. They offer me: they going to TRY to sale the parts and IF they can sale this parts, then they can give me a refund,they never told me how long, the only thing was clear is that they want my parts with out any warranty they can give me tjhe money back.Even if I going to buy online they can take the parts back wiyh a reestocking fee. or others places if they don't want to refund money, they can ex-change.Any way, if this place cant refund $200.00 dollars, I can,t imagine wat happend if the amount is $1000 +. If they can refund $200 is because this buiness is no good.so I prefer leave this clame in God hands, him is a good Judge. and I want for Patron they can be a better business
