On December 21 I bought a dining table with chairs. When making the purchase I was told that chairs would arrive in boxes but they did not. Some days later I saw that three of the chairs would wobble when you sat down. I contacted the furniture store and they said they would send someone over to see what the problem was.I spoke to ****** she was the salesperson who I delt with the first time. Nobody came to inspect the chairs. A week later an armrest broke off so I called them once more and I was told that again some one would come to see what the problem was. I waited a week for a call or for someone to come by but nothing. I tried calling the store but this time no one would answer the phone.I went in person I spoke to ****** and she requested that I take pictures and a video and take it to her so I did. She said she was going to send the pictures to someone that would come an see what was going on . Again Nobody came. I had to go in person because no one would answer the phone. When I got there ****** told me that she was not the owner so she couldn't do anything. She told me to contact the owner she gave me a number. I talked to **** and he said he was aware of the issue and that he was going to send someone to check on the issue. I told him that I was being told the same thing over and over and nothing was being done.He told me that he would send me someone to repair the chairs. I told him that I had purchased some new and I didn't want it repaired I just wanted my money back. To wich he replied that he wouldn't give me my money back . I told him I would be contacting the better business bureau and he said to do what ever I wantedBusiness response

Mr ********* received the dining set and he signed that everything was okay, a week later he came and report the problem, we report the problem to the distributor but chars were not in stock but the time that we got the chairs to replace Mr ********* said that he did not want the dining set. we did not refuse to change the chairs. we have the chairs to replace.Customer response

Attention ****** ex322 Case number ******** I had already filed a complaint about this furniture store the resolucin was that they would replace the item that were damaged but I never heard back from them. I no longer want anything to do with this establishment they sell faulty merchandise have horrible customer service and not care to remedy any concerns. I would like them to pick up there furniture and return my money to me
