            This company is unethical. I'm a military veteran and should have received better care. This rim Strada Coltello 5x114.3 20x8.5 +35 Gloss Black Candy Red Milled I purchased April 15, 2024 and received completely damaged. Box was all ripped up upon arrival and *** was badly damaged. Luckily I purchased the protection plan they offer and was given a refund but through their partner company Extend via virtual card. The bad thing what I didn't know is you are force to use the card only with threepiece. Well I went on the website to reorder and that rim is out of stock and also heard it's discontinued!! Now I'm stuck with this virtual card through Extend and have no use for it since my rim is discontinued. I spoke with threepiece and explained to them the situation to only hear there's nothing they can do other than for me to purchase something from their website that I don't need. I needed my rim!!! I also emailed the salesman that took my order and he never responded back to my email on this matter. All I'm asking is to be given back my money in a way that I can use it anywhere I want to use it and not be told to purchase something else that I clearly don't need. Do not use this company!!! They are terrible after sales and shipment is so slow. I just want my money to be returned to me in a way I'm not force to use only at their store. My rim is discontinued. I would not mind a virtual card but to be able to use anywhere I choose. Also I feel I'm owed an apology for the terrible customer service I have received.

            If i could give 0 stars I would. I ordered new lips from them over half a year ago and not only have they not shipped, but they have not even made the lips yet. They have horrible customer service and try to defend themselves with excuse after excuse. The main one being that there is an aluminum shortage which I would understand but 7 months of wait time after I've already paid them is ridiculous. Not to mention that I know of plenty other wheel companies that deal in the same type of services and they are receiving aluminum frequently without issues. After attempting to get a refund, they tell you that "due to the custom nature of the product, they are non-refundable." Which I would understand if they were in production and already being made, but 7 months later and the lips are still in their production queue meaning they have not even started the process on making my parts. How can something not be refunded due to the "custom nature" if they haven't even started making them yet. THEY CAN'T BE STUCK WITH WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE. I just want a refund so that I can pay a different company who will take care of me the way that I would expect. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would strongly advise everyone to disregard any 5 star reviews they see, as they are probably friends, family and even employees of the company leaving those high star reviews themselves.
