      This company is unethical. I'm a military veteran and should have received better care. This rim Strada Coltello 5x114.3 20x8.5 +35 Gloss Black Candy Red Milled I purchased April 15, 2024 and received completely damaged. Box was all ripped up upon arrival and *** was badly damaged. Luckily I purchased the protection plan they offer and was given a refund but through their partner company Extend via virtual card. The bad thing what I didn't know is you are force to use the card only with threepiece. Well I went on the website to reorder and that rim is out of stock and also heard it's discontinued!! Now I'm stuck with this virtual card through Extend and have no use for it since my rim is discontinued. I spoke with threepiece and explained to them the situation to only hear there's nothing they can do other than for me to purchase something from their website that I don't need. I needed my rim!!! I also emailed the salesman that took my order and he never responded back to my email on this matter. All I'm asking is to be given back my money in a way that I can use it anywhere I want to use it and not be told to purchase something else that I clearly don't need. Do not use this company!!! They are terrible after sales and shipment is so slow. I just want my money to be returned to me in a way I'm not force to use only at their store. My rim is discontinued. I would not mind a virtual card but to be able to use anywhere I choose. Also I feel I'm owed an apology for the terrible customer service I have received.

      Ordered a set of specific size and dimension wheels for my vehicle.Left front wheel was damaged from a pothole that my vehicle drove over. Wheel lip was damaged. I asked if I can order a new wheel lip so that I can drive on these wheels. They said yes and I ordered the wheel lip. Nearly two years later the wheel lip arrived but the wrong dimensions. I asked to resolve the issue via phone and email. I have not had heard from the business and it has been 3-4 months since last contact.

      This is in regards to order # 1*** & 1**** for Sakura triple chromed heritage wheels. on April 19 at 5:24 pm I had a female representative named Paula call in regards to the Sakura flower wheels. She had called to inform me the website did not take the $500 custom paint (triple chrome) when I had paid $1500 for the wheels. Throughout the month I kept receiving calls to make the payment. On may 23 I completed the payment and have the email stating I had paid the balance in full by the email written by THREEPIECEUC LLC. I was told that the rims should be arriving late may to early June. Since the last payment (may 23) I have not received any response or updates in regards to the wheels I paid for. On June 8 I called in regards to the wheels but was told to call later as the female representative (Paula) was the only one that could assist me. On June 9 I called and Paula said my wheels had been processed and were getting chromed as we spoke and would be done within the week. On June 20 I had called one again and was told by another representative that the wheels had still not been shipped and had to wait another month(being July/August) when told I wanted a refund there was no direct point of contact. I was told to talk to Paula and when speaking to Paula I was told to call the number on the website. When calling the number on the website I was told I had to talk to Paula. When I talk to Paula again, she said I had to go through the website. this is the fourth time I have emailed and have not received a response. I have even gone out of the way to email the Instagram account of heritage wheels. Since then I have not gotten an update nor an email. I need a refund this company has given me nothing but false information.

      Order #20049 Date of Transaction: 1/02/2023 - $3159 was paid for a set of brand new wheel - Wheels came in horrible condition that were suppposed to be brand new - Was sent back and guaranteed a refund from employee but company claims they made a refund to my account but no money has yet been refunded. My bank claims they denied my dispute and company claims they accepted the dispute and received the wheels I had sent back. My back sent me an e-message saying my dispute was closed because the merchant had denied my claim even though I sent back the merchandise. The company is outright lying about refunding me and I just want my money back.. - Tracking # of wheels that were sent back is ************ ***364******

      Purchased a set of sakura pink Kokoro wheels on Aug 17 for my daughter as a gift. Unfortunately I was overseas when she received them. She had them mounted and installed on her car the day before I arrived. I was shocked at the quality of the paint. You can literally see the primer on the inside of the wheels the area where the lugnuts go and there are dark spots in the different areas also. All four wheels were like this. I called and since they were already mounted they said the couldn't do anything for me. Told me that if there was pai t chippi g they could do something and apparently lack of paint is not a defect then suggested I sell the wheels online or buy another set of custom powder coated wheels from them. ??. That was the solution.. spend more money or sell someone else wheels with a bad paint job. Never again. Please stay clear of this company. I almost lost it when they told me "sorry the paint job didn't live up to your expectations"

      In august 2021 I had place an order for 4 automobile wheel parts. X2 wheel barrels and x2 wheel lips and paid for their products. They had asked me to send them my existing wheel face to make sure the parts fit (very rare piece, only one in existence). They stated and I undyerstood that the parts can take a few months. After a year of checking in the have my x2 wheel barrels but not the wheels faces. I understand all sales are final so I am accepting to forfeit the money and the new whee LIOS that are not ready and would like them to send my existing property back, my rare wheel face and the 2 wheel barrels and close the order. They will not stating the order has to ship when the order is completed in full. Why? I just want my items I had paid for. Just throw away the whee lips I don’t care I found them elsewhere. I just want my property. They also cannot give me an eta. For all I know they will not send for another year or longer.

      I placed and order through threepieceus June 10th 2022 on an in stock wheel assembly hardware. order#17534. I received shipping notice june 13th 2022 the item is in queue to be shipped. it’s been over a month and item hasn’t shipped. i filled out customer service forms online i called at least 5 times and no one can help me they say they will get back to me and not once have gotten back to me. They say what they can to get me off phone they still have order just sitting. So i’ve went to another company and have already received my parts and they will not help me cancel my order. they have no supervisors to contact no kind of customer service or resolution center to contact. they stopped answering my messages on there instagram account which was the other only way to contact them. i’ve been nice to them at all times and feel like they have just stole my money at this point. please help.

      Threepiece.us sells a line of wheels they manufacture called Heritage wheels. In order to sell more colors of their wheels they are simply painting over already finished wheels without the proper prep work to change a wheels color. I ordered a set of Heritage Kokoro wheels for a 2018 Subaru Impreza in a Silver color finish. A few months into owning these wheels the silver finish is flaking off exposing a hot pink color the wheel was painted originally. I attempted to warranty the wheels through the reseller and Threepiece.us and was told that since I washed the wheels with a wheel cleaner my warranty is void on the finish. The issue was never the quality of the finish, I simply asked why my wheels are pink underneath the silver paint. If the finish flaked off on a normal wheel I would expect to see raw metal, not hot pink paint. I have attempted to resolve this with Threepiece.us wholesale asking why the wheels were painted pink and simply sprayed over silver, but the response has been to blame the consumer by creating a false narrative that I should not of cleaned my wheels. I am simply looking for the properly painted set of wheels that I paid for and to not be blamed for a clear shortcut to sell more wheels in other colors by the factory.

      I ordered a set of Heritage Ebisus from Threepiece.us on March 18, 2021 for my Nissan Skyline. I made a down payment of $1,000 so they could begin manufacturing the wheels. The full price of the wheels was $3,400, to be paid when the wheels were completed. They stated the wheels would take 2 months to complete. I followed up in May of 2021. They responded saying all of the parts except for the 7 inch barrels had been finished. They said it would take another 4 weeks to complete those parts. I agreed and followed up in June about the status of my order and they stated the same update, saying it would take 4 more weeks to complete the wheels because the 7 inch barrels were still in the production queue. It is now February of 2022 and I am still waiting on my wheels. I have contacted the company numerous times and they continue to say that my 7 inch barrels have not been manufactured and that now they are unable to estimate a date of completion. I have requested a refund from the company on numerous occasions and they have refused, saying I signed a contract when I ordered the wheels, which they will not send to me. They continue to state that the reason for the delay is because of a nationwide aluminum shortage, however, will not contact me with any information, I have to contact the company to get any updates. Recently the company will no longer return my email or phone calls. The company essentially stole $1,000 dollars from me, promising me a product but almost a year later, refuse to hold up their end of our agreement.
