I needed to get my house re-piped. It cost $12,500.00 including the patching. They came last Friday, it was patched the next day. They moved the washing machine for the re-pipe and patching.The problem is that my washing machine has been filling up with water while not in use. The water accumulates inside the washing machine. Prior to the re-piping on April 28, 2024, there were zero problems with the washing machine. In fact, it still works fine except for the accumulation of water while not in use. I called ***************************** to report this unusual situation. The young lady said *** will come out and look it but he will probably tell you to call an appliance repairman. I did not like the fact that she was preparing me for the bad news. How would she know unless they have had similar situations in the past???So *** comes out, I show him the water accumulated in the washing machine. We turned it on and set the machine for a 15 minute cycle. We watched the water drain and the washing machine worked perfectly fine. The inside of the washing machine no longer had the standing water. *** barely looked at the washing machine and said it was not anything they did. *** started to speculate that it could be a switch or a valve or an actuator in the washing machine and it was a coincidence that the problem started at the same time of the re-pipe. I continued to re-mined him that it was in perfect working order prior to the pipes were changed.I previously used ***************************** but no more! Do yourself a favor and don't let them damage your property while they do a job. Very expensive ****** for me.Business response

Thank you for forwarding ************************* complaint. We have resolved this issue with ********************* as follows.
The problem was not our work. **** was happy with that. The problem was his washing machine did not work properly after the repipe. I told **** to get a repair man out and I would pay for it. **** did get his repair man out and he told **** it was not anything we did as far as he could tell. So I agreed with **** (owner) to pay $250.00 towards the service call. **** was happy with that.
