This is one of the only places in my area to take kids to have a good time in doors. And Ive never been to a place with worse customer service. 5 people can be working and no one is doing anything. The lines to pay to get in can be ************************************************************************************************************************************************** line to get a drink and a female was FACETIMING who I assume was her boy friend by how they were talking. She ignores me for about 5 minutes and then when 10 people got behind me to also get something she got on the register but continued to FaceTime her boy friend The manager who has all different colors of hair was just sitting down on her phone eating pizza. Right there. She say everything and didnt say anything. Ive never in my life seen anything like this.Review from Me S

Double charged. Their system charged me twice for our visit, which was the cost of three kids, so +$60. The staff said they would get it solved during our visit. After a few hours they said to call back after the weekend and it would be corrected. When I called the employee told me they have no ability to process refunds and I have to email the company. I sent an email and received a response that it would take time to research in order to correct the overcharge. I asked about the expected timeframe for them to figure this out and received no response. I have followed up and still no response over a week later. The phone number in the email signature does not connect to anything. There is no corporate phone number to be found anywhere and the employee at my location was not able to provide a number to me either. Shady to not have contact information or respond to emails. Horrible customer service Went for a party in aug 2022. Paid for children who didn't end up showing up and requested a refund or credit. The on-site staff advised that they didn't do them on site but directed me to an email, which i understand Policy. However i have Not received any type of response when i call The location they advise there are reporting managers or corporate offices, no phone numbers, no contacts. I've tried to research my own to find any contact info on the internet, nothing. Basically been given the run around for days. Unacceptable customer service.Review from Elizabeth G

Treated bad her at this establishment we where neglected and racially profiled by staff after spending 700+ on a party & especially the manager Britney she is rude and racist we where threw out party by security because she told them she didn’t want us here anymore and would not tell us why we had to leave security told us she just didn’t want us here no more but in fact neglected us during the party we paid To have here she keep saying you people (majority of us are black) it was clear as day she didn’t want to deal with us black people we did completely nothing hit pay for a patty so our children could have fun highly upset I’m hoping someone does something about the staff & especially about the manager Britney at the kids empire In Montclair,ca totally disgusted
