      Ive been trying to reach ,I left voicemails , sent emails, been calling multtiple times, Will my service advisor at Giant Rv, he helped when I took our coachmen leprechaun in for repairs, **** has not returned my calls nor emails and when I ask to speak to someone else Im sent to a phone that just continues ringing. This company did not fix my motorhome as agreed they took a $9750 from my rv insurance and then they proceeded to overchaged almost $400. I have the invoice total $11,581.40 for *************. They charged me $2181.4. They also did not fix the problem I originally took the motorhome in for, it was thhe Ac in front cabin not blowing out the vents. They left rodent p*** on my and I found a dead rat on the newly installed central ac. I want my money back for services mot rendered and for how unprofessional they are

      Good afternoon, 

      On 5/27/23 Customers dropped of their unit with the concerns of Rodent Damage at time of drop off the customer Approved the ****** deductible for the insurance claim plus an additional 400.  on diag time please see 

      handwritten work order at bottom stating the fact with the customer signature below, Claim was filed with Progressive at ********* progressive could only cover max ******** of ******* minus the ****** deductible see attach check stub, **** was advised the amount of repairs and remaining balance after progressive paid the 9400.00.  Please see attached email on 6/23/23 at **** pm stating that they would come in and walk the unit and would like to get the major mechanical and electrical done and would like to get the 10k ***** on 7/6/23 at **** ******************* approve repairs with a preliminary estimate of ****** to ****** and to start ordering parts see notes on work order 87482.  We advised if there was any way we could save them any more money on the repairs we would, on 7/15/23 customer was advised unit was ready.  As only the major items were only approved by the customer the unit was still covered in rodent feces, we had a general cleaning done as a customer accommodation, on 8/8/23 Mr. ***** ***************** came in to pick up the unit, At time of pick up the customer verified the Major items were repaired, Roof Air, Dash A/C and Gen as well as the other items in the unit.  Customer came back in and signed the paperwork as well as paying their bill and signed the sign off of accepting the repairs for a total of ******** in which was less the ****** to ****** in which is min savings 418.60.

      On 9/20/23 customer reached out with some concerns as far as the dash A/C even though it was working at time of pick up they were offered to swing the unit by to take a look.

      MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT A RV FLEETWOOD BOUNDER IN JANUARY. SINCE THE PURCHASE THERE WERE SEVERAL WARRANTY AND OTHER ISSUES TO NEED REPAIR UNDER DUE BILL ETC. WE HAVE HAD THE RV THERE SINCE WE PURCHASED IT WAITING ON REPAIRS. I CALL , EMAIL AND LEAVE MESSAGES, THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS, THEY NEVER GIVE AN UPDATE. IF YOU READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE THIS IS A CHRONIC ISSUE FOR THEM. WHEN DO YOU BUY SOMETHING AND NEVER USE IT ? I HAVE MADE 3 PAYMENTS ON THIS RV AND ALL 3 MONTHS HAVE BEEN SPENT AT THE SHOP.

      The vehicle is made by Dodge and Thor Motor coach and sold to me by GiantRV The vehicle costed about 120,000 Date 1/5/2023 We were driving the vehicle on the road with 3 kids inside and suddenly there is a cracking sound. At first I thought I ran over something, but then I found out that the engine light is flashing then I realized that there is something wrong with the vehicle, when I’m about to pull over to the side I found out that my Steering wheel is not functioning properly. I parked on the side shocked. Then I contacted the place GiantRV, then they told me the chassis is made by Dodge and they wanted me to go to Dodge, Then I called Dodge store at Claremont, making sure that the vehicle is still under warranty. Dodge used a week found out that the alternator, belt tensioner, radiator, and aftermarket hoses are broken. They told me that Thor Motorhome customized these parts and put them on the vehicle so Dodge don’t cover it and they told me to go to Thor Motorhome. Then I contacted Thor Motorhome, they said that the chassis is all by Dodge and they won’t cover it, so now no one is trying to insure and fix the vehicle for me. I was in a rush fixing the car so I agreed that I can do advance payment for those parts for now and then find a small claim court, then 2 weeks after Dodge fixing it they told me that the engine is damaged and need a new engine. I contacted GiantRV again and the problem is still not solved, I don’t have enough money to pay for the engine anymore and I am afraid to drive this vehicle under this bad quality and the bad service after sale is ridiculous bad so I want a refund on the vehicle.

      The vehicle in question has a full chassis warranty as well as warranty with the coach builder.Please forward your documentation from the Dodge dealer you approved repairs with listing complaint, cause and correction,

       I am rejecting this response because:
      They took a month fixing this vehicle and these company have been pushing around the problems to another. Also this is a new vehicle that needs a new engine and I can’t accept that. When the vehicle first having problems I was driving on the road with 3 kids in the vehicle and the steering wheel just stopped working so I couldn’t turn and the vehicle under this quality just mades me scared to use this vehicle again, I got lucky last time that I could stopped the vehicles in time with no injuries. I’m afraid if the same thing would happen again, and if I’ll even get lucky again with the vehicle. You can even imagine a vehicle was running on a highway with 3 kids at a high speed and because the vehicle is modified quality poorly and then it broken the whole system of the vehicle then the steering wheel just suddenly stops working, I can’t imagine how much my family would be hurt. So I am scared to drive this vehicle with my family anymore and I want a refund on this vehicle.

      We bought this in September used but it has had more issues than ever by a lot of things breaking down that we have to put out of pocket. Now with this rains here in California is been very hard for us to deal with this new problem. The problem is the water is coming through the wall inside the motor home. We had a service tech come over to look at the damage and he said that this was already been there when they sold us this. Now we are worried because the water is coming in more through the bathroom through the passenger window. We have pictures. We have videos showing where the water is coming to. We have damage to LR electronic stuff and I have reached out to giant RV to get back to me as soon as possible because we can see that this is already going to create a mole problem. So this is going to make us lose our motorhome because of this damage of the water coming in through and damaging the walls inside the motorhome. We are requesting for giant RV to at least give us another motor home or to give us a full refund over money that we gave them as a down payment. Plus whatever we have paid so far for this motor home, we are asking for you to help us resolve this problem. This is not correct for us to deal with this problem. Thank you

      Giant RV sells Pre owned inventory with an As Is disclosure to the consumer. Vehicles do go through a complete PDI inspection and customers receive a complete orientation at time of Delivery. Each consumer is also offered
      a Service contract that can address many of the issues that can come up on used vehicles. I understand the our team in Montclair has inspected the unit and has performed the routine maintenance of cleaning the window weep holes as a goodwill repair.

      THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL WAITING FOR A LAWSUIT! So we just came a day ago.. liked an rv and left 1000 deposit long story short today we decided to cancel the purchase we called and RYAN the sales manager says the 1000 isnt refundable witch is a lie I've called different giant rv locations and they all say it's refundable as long as you don't make modifications witch I didn't I haven't even gotten it delivered to my home its still at there lot... RYAN said all of California doesn't do rv deposit refunds.. I'm looking to go to civil court and have this resolved this is ridiculous can't believe there's people out there trying to steal money.. AND A SHAME THEY HAVE A SHADY BUSINESS PARTNER REPRESENTING GIANT RV. The date of this is 12/14/2022

      Bought it September 16 2022 Air condition leaking water inside the motorhome, ****'s leaking fluid. I have spoken to then directly They advise me to use my warranty but warranty didn't cover the air-conditioned leaking and not the leaking fluid of the ****'s. I had to paid a mobile tech 662.00 dollars That money should be refunded to me because the motorhome was with issues and they sold to me every time I feel they just wanted to stop calling them

      Why do I need to be wasting time of my work to deal with this  I had my husband talked to them  They said use the warranty  I did but did not covered the things that were not working correctly  so they sold me something that was defective in the first place. Plus I told them about this immediately  plus I even  sent the invoice to salesman I have all the conversations  we had with everyone involved   no one wanted really help it was just do this But not fixing the problem   They promised me we will call you and get this rite for you and I'm still waiting  that call   I just want a refund what I had to paid where they could have done it them selfs for selling to me with those problems

      So uncaring and disappointing! Went in and bought a new 2022 Geopro and paid in full. July 2022. We knew what we wanted; no sale pitch needed. They still tried to milk us but I did the best I could to try and get the price down a little bit. ***** asked for a good faith deposit of $2500.00 I gave it to him by credit card. Then they said we had to take the Geopro, site unseen, from their Downey store NOT the one on-site in Murrieta. We had to wait for it to arrive which took many days. We went home. Went to pickup Aug 3rd, 2022 but there were problems and both manager ***** and ******* Jr in sales assured us those items would be fixed: dented refrigerator door, silverware drawer goes in crooked, old used moving wheel (new one was switched out by them) and stained floor. They said to take it home and they would call when we’ll come back, which would be the 3rd time now, for repairs. Late August I called and service said they don’t know anything about it. I made lots of calls and text messages to both ***** and Jr. I was asked to send pictures, more than once, which of course I did every time, giving me the runaround. It is now October 30 2022 and nothing has been done! $36,000 means nothing; they treated us as if we gave our money and now we don’t matter! They didn’t compensate us in anyway in fact I kept the calls regularly all these months but my feelings, time and frustrations don’t matter. Requesting my good faith deposit of $2500 back, my refrigerator and silverware drawer repaired and our new wheel provided instead of the damaged used one they gave and the floor repaired. Upset and discouraged, ***** ****

       I am rejecting this response because:
      To Whom It May Concern in response to Giant RV Statement:
      I never refused any such thing. I have been patient; I have called, left messages, sent text messages, and sent pictures - more than once! What a false statement by Giant RV.  I have spoke to and have messages between ****, *******, ***** and ****.
      I have proof from August through November. In fact, I have my due bill from August 3rd, and I had given my $2500 deposit in July.  They have done nothing to help me and my time, frustrations, and efforts do have value and loss associated with them. 
      They are just now getting to work on my problems, they profess,  since I did several reviews and filed a BBB complaint. In fact, the service manager said they just put in the due bill/order for the equipment in November. 
      I do not know if they will complete their promise and I believe no customer should have to do all of this without compensation, for their broken promises and liable damages to a delivered product.
      Documentation from this complaint may also assist with small claims court and may be warranted if the compensation cannot be solved through BBB.

      I purchased this Ram Promaster thor brand new in July. When picking up the vehicle there were multiple items broken and did not work. The dealershi8p stated that They would cover it and it would be no issues and they can fix this within a week. That was not true. we are in October and my van has been in multiple shops for various reasons everything is breaking down. I spoke to Thor many times and they offer no solutions and say that is what warranty is for. My generator went out on my first trip with the Rv at 115 degrees outside my rv had to be taken in. My solar panel was not working and not turning on the generator the second time had to be taken in. Third item my hose to the propane tank busted and propane was shooting out underneath the van and had to take it in. This Rv is not safe and there are numerous items wrong with it. It is very sad that they allow this vehicle to be sold as brand new and having the customer have this Rv in the shop more than i have had it in my possession. I reached out to Thor many times to get them to give me numbers to other people just to ultimately be sent back to the same person i spoke to originally that just did not care. I do not feel safe in taking this RV anywhere with my child given the experiences i have already been through. These items are the main components in the RV that broke. I keep having my appointment to fix issues pushed back and having to go to multiple dealers because staffing is giving me the run around about what they can and ca not fix. I am attaching all the service records pictures videos of everything that I have been going through and expressed to your staff that shows no concern for all my issues. If I would have known that this is the treatment and experience i would be going through i would never would of purchased this van especially for the high amount I paid for it. Attempted to call dealership numerous times and they just redirect back to the warranty.

      Giant rv sold us a motorhome on June 26, 2022. The leveling jacks fell down on the way home and we had to return it to them for repairs. It is now 2 months later and they dodge phone calls. When we do get in touch with them there has been no progress. They are a terrible dealership. No customer service

      I bought a brand new THOR FOUR WINDS RV (year 2022) from Giant RV in December of 2021, it has been repaired three times up to Jun28 and total 2 months have been wasted for repairation. The 1st repairartion was In April for not getting power to galley and dinette area, the slide problem and etc. The vehicle was hold for repairation over 1 month. The 2nd time is worse, the vehicel was broken in Arizona state where is 6 hours away from our home, we had to call FORD road assistance tow the RV to a nearest FORD dealer shop and rent a car to home the next day. And 2 weeks later we had to rent a car back to Arizona to pick up the vehicle. The 3rd time was when we picked up the vehicle, we found the coach was out of power at all, FORD said it is not their responsibilty so we had to drived to Giant RV in Montclair CA the next day and found out the wires broke away from the battery, Giant RV fixed the problem in an hour so they didn't give us any work order. The worst thing is, we contacted FORD and filed a claim No. CAS37430858F5Z0C3 on Jun30 to get all our related bill paid, but we have never got their feedback up to today even though they promised they should be able to answer with 2-3 days. On July 5 I asked Ford again but I was told I need to conatct Ford Motorhome if I want to get a faster solution. And we also contacted Giant RV they said it is under FORD 1 year warranty so we must claim woth Ford, then I phoned Ford Motorhome today, but Ford Motorhome told me they are just the third party, we need to talk with Ford about this case. They are shirking each other's responsibilities and wasting us a lot of time, so I have to ask for help from you to solve the problem. At the begining, I just asked FORD to pay all related bills for the car rental and hotel, now I am willing to refund because both their quality and service are very terrible.
