NEVER GO HERE. ************* TACTICS!!!!! At first they will be super nice in acting like they will help you until you cancel. Then they will try to squeeze every dollar out of you possible. I am currently talking to a lawyer because I paid for equipment that's installed & they refuse to give me my equipment now. Charged me & are keeping the *************** NEVER GO HERE! What a dump & horrible experience. The manager *** is rude & will try to yell at you on the phone for voicing your concern or standing up for your rights. Shame on you Giant RV Murrieta for trying to keep equipment you didn't pay for. It's theft!! UPDATE: 11/22/24 Giant RV lied saying I was never a customer!! I sent proof in to ******************** & now am resending it again. NEVER GO THERE!! The Murrieta location is the worst one!!!

Interested in purchasing a RV or Travel Trailer, please take your business elsewhere. I am a firm believer that a team consists of all departments within an organization and this place has it all wrong. The sales side of things was satisfactory but when purchasing a unit, always consider where you plan to take it if a repair is needed. Giant RV Murrieta's ****************** was amazingly the worst customer service I have received in years. Thinking more like 0/5. Service Manager (*******************), the Service Representative (*************************) have zero customer service and communication skills but are great at blaming the customer for any and all unit issues. For example, I took my unit in for a few recall items and was told that my roof had a leak. My unit is just over one year old. When advised of the leak, I was immediately told that the issue was due to lack of owner maintenance. Come to find out, the issue was due to a manufacturer assembly issue and was covered by the manufacturer. They had my unit for two months and it took me to go to the manufacturer (Heartland) to share my issue and Heartland to advise the service center on how to fix it. This service center is all about the repair money and not about the customer. Please, do not waste your time by even trying to purchase items from this hole in the ground off-site shelter. The bad reviews continue to build and that says it all. Needless to say, they lost my business and I plan to share my experience with every veteran I know to avoid having anyone experience what I had to experience. Happy Camping!

i bought my rv from downey since may 16, 2023, for me an my son to live in it. it has been almost 2 months and haven't been able to live in it. since day one i contacted the sales agent, alex and explained, matt came twice and jeremy came twice just taking pictures. i put down $12,000 for me to get a brand new rv to live in it and have not been able to. i just get the run around and nobody ever calls me back. i spoke with aliece g***** who told me that i couldn't talk to the owner. i asked her for the claim that was submitted to heartland for me to see and she didn't send it to me. i am very disappointed in the service. i even had to do a claim thru progressive me and my son have been living in a hotel, i had to put our belongings in a storage. now i have to pay another monthly payment for the heartland prowler 2023 that i bought. i need to speak with the owner and get this ressolved. i know your corporate office is in montclair. i am out of money because of this situtation i have to be on credit cards. also at the rv park place where i have it there is another prowler that they are having issues with a brand new **** s

I bought a brand new, $130K RV from this place.. and it has been in the service department since. This is not a company you should do business with. I deeply wish we hadn't. Their sales people blatantly lied about the product we purchased (Leprechaun), from the internet salesman, and managers, to the man who did the final walk-through. They completely misrepresented the RV and it's features to make the sale. I contacted the owner Frank Barouti looking for some kind of assistance, he let me know that they are not liable for any of the claims (lies) made by the people involved in selling me the RV, and I could make an appointment with their service department for any issues. Don't trust them. Don't give them your money. Go down the road somewhere where the people are honest. We went there looking to buy an RV, they didn't need to lie to make the sale!! So we had to pay money to fix things that were misrepresented to us, instead of just being able to buy what we wanted. I just can't believe how people run their companies. Make no mistake, the owner to the company supported their decision to lie to us to make the sale when he decided not to correct the situation his sales staff created. No integrity or care for their customers, only the money they can get out of them. They also sold me a PermaPlate package for several thousand dollars that was supposed to keep the interior/exterior looking new, 3 months later there are already stains (we've only been able to take it out twice by the way, because it has to go back to service every time we try to use it). This product does not work, don't waste your money. We should have just put seat covers on and saved the money.
