Horrible place to buy anything! If you have an urge to get scammed, lied to and taken advantage of in a multitude of ways then look no further and ask for Cory or Sharon as this is the perfect spot! Bought a truck and reefer combo from here for $250k, when inspecting the trailer the reefer unit wouldn’t turn on so it was “taken to thermoking for service “. When the truck arrived it had 40k more miles than was advised and there was a huge crack on the hood. Nothing was done to compensate for the mileage and the truck was sent to get the hood repaired. This was all supposed to be done before it was funded. They lied to the finance company claiming that both pieces of equipment were ready to deliver when that was far from the truth. When I confronted them about this Sharon claimed that this was normal, Cory advised that the 1st payment wouldn’t be due until 30 days from the day I received the units. 3 weeks passed of me texting and calling every day, getting the run around, and the units were finally “ready to be picked up”. When I arrived to inspect the units before we did the out of state delivery, the reefer didn’t turn on again and the tractor had some major air leaks. So they were to get the battery replaced and the air leaks addressed. Throughout the weeks Sharon and Cory claimed that they had spoke to the finance company and moved the payment. We scheduled the out of state delivery and to top this all off the next day I looked at my account and $7000 had been taken out. You guessed it, noone had ever called the finance company to have anything changed. When Charlie, Sharon, and Sharon were confronted about this they told me that they couldn't do anything even though all of their claims were done via documented email/text and that I had to call the finance companies customer service department. After the out of state delivery I just wanted to get my equipment out of there and guess what, the reefer unit didn’t start up again and the truck air leaks never fixed

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. As I do recall your deal on your truck and trailer was Approved with the finance company on Jan. 24th, 2022. At which point you did want to move forward with the approval. Sharon submitted your doc request on the following day of Jan. 25th, 2022. Your truck did arrive with a huge crack in the hood, yes, we did get it fixed and it did take about a week to get it into the shop due to the fact that the shop was so backed up with other customers. We also addressed the trailer by having it inspected. Batteries were replaced twice as well as some other issues that were found. In your documents that you did receive from the finance company, that you signed, you will see that your first payment is due 30 days after we Legacy, have been funded on the units. We did receive your down payment on Feb. 3rd, 2022 and then your insurance several days later on Feb. 10th, 2022. We, Legacy was then funded on Feb. 10th, 2022. Meaning your first payment would be due March 10th, 2022. Sharon did reach out to your finance company in order to try to move your payment date out, however, since Legacy no longer owned the equipment, as we had been funded, they would not speak with her. That is when she gave you the information in order to call and schedule a later payment. The bank did inform us that they would not move your payment out any further as the reason for you to move it did not meet their criteria. You wanted to move your payment due to the fact that you still did not have your apportion plate (CAB CARD). We were continuously waiting for your Apportion plate (CAB CARD) as you did not have it for your truck yet, hence the reason we could not do your out of state delivery. We did send you information on Feb. 22, 2022 and then, as a favor, to try to make things go faster for you, we had a delivery service perform a turn around delivery for your out of state delivery, (Which as you will recall does cost extra money than the normal fee of $650.00) so that is why your equipment was taken to Primm, NV and brought straight back to our yard by the delivery service. (Still without your apportion plates) We did this for you so that once you actually got your apportion plates you would be able to pick up directly from our yard. This delivery did cost extra money and that is why when we refunded your deposit there was the $450.00 taken out of the $2,000.00 deposit. If you look on your paperwork for your apportion plate for this truck you will see it is dated March 9th, 2022. That is when it became valid, you sent it to us and picked up your equipment the following day of March 10th, 2022. Also the same day as your first payment. So unfortunately, that is how things went. I am sorry that things did not pan out the way you wanted, you not getting your apportion plate in a timely manner is what held up your deal in the way it did. As you know, you cannot operate your equipment with out having your plate, so had you gotten it sooner, you would not have had the issues that you had.
