I *********************************** purchased a vehicle in July of 2023. This year July ************************************************** ********** I currently hold the registration to CA as the vehicle is financed. I was told by the *** that my ****** has been surrendered to the State of Nevada and I able to pay registration causing me to have late fees as I have no resolution yet as of July 19th 2024. They told me to contact the Dealership as they are responsible of handling the registration for the vehicle to be put under my name at the time. I have already contacted my finance company which state the same as the ***. Theyre are not taking accountability for the mistake being made. Theyre are unable to facilitate or defer me to a manager or supervisor to help me with this matter. I also contacted a 3rd party registration service which also stated the same. I am unable process a renewal registration for 2021 Jeep compass. Stg Auto group DBA as Kar Genie states theirs nothing wrong and that its not true what Im am stating when ***, Finance, 3rd party claim the same things. Theyre are the ones who have that paper ****** as finance company receive one electronically that being Capital One.Dealer ID is *****Business response

As already explained to the customer on Friday , that we already registered the car at the *** under the customer name on 07/12/2023 as the attached KSR, and *********** who is financing the deal is the legal owner.
Also STG provide the customer registration card under her name and it was valid from 07/06/2023 to 07/08/2024 as attached
California *** department made an internal coding error and as a good gesture from STG, we are trying to help the customer by communicating with the ***. The *** system was down on Friday and has been down partially Today morning.
The customer will be updated once we can reach out to *** department and try to help the customer from our side.

I bought a 2021 dodge challenger from STG Auto on 6/3/24. I have been trying to return it since 6/6/24. I got it on a friday at 6pm and has been having problems every since. Everytime I call no one wants to speak to me. Then I spoke to ****** ( the manager) I told him the car hasnt started in days. He said they will tow it and fix it but no one has. I told him I want to return it and get my money back. He said I wont be getting any money back at all. He said i will lose my money. This car has the bumper falling off. The front fog light covers falling off. White paint circles all around the car. The back tail light falling off. Plus they gave me the car dirty on the inside it smell bad like mildew. This journey has been really stressful dealing with this fraudulant car company and has caused me emotional disress depression. They are trying to rip me out of my money. They didnt let me test drive the car. They told me to lie to the bank and say I had the car when I didnt have the car. I told them I dont want to lie this is crazy. I have been calling every day since 6 /6/ ********************************************* on hold for hours. I am disable and they arw taken advantage of me.Business response

STG contacted the customer on 06/24/24 and towed the car to STG service. Car needed only a starter .
STG service replaced the starter for the customer at no cost at her end and offered the customer a loaner until we finish the bodywork required for the vehicle, however the customer said that she doesn't need the loaner as she has another car.
ETA of the bodywork will be 07/03/24.
