I have paid for two warranties for two different power acoustik speakers, and I have been trying to get into contact with the company to get my speakers replaced. The advertising that was on the box for the speakers was wrong and my speakers have started to give off a bad electrical smell. I have tried getting into contact with both warranties but no one seems to be offering me any help with my situation. I would like to get a replacement so that my speakers don't cause any fire damage, or electrical damage to my vehicle. I have paid for these items with the warranty and I haven't gotten any help from the company for almost a week. I have left voicemails, I have called the company and they will not help me any longer with my situation.Initial Complaint

Item bought from Lowes.com Copy of receipt sent via email several times Item was professionally installed Item almost caught my 32,000$ car on fire It smells like s*** inside now and will need professionally cleaned this item is still under manufacture warranty Sent from my iPhone Vertigo Series 4,000-Watt **************************** 1 Item #: 3810832|Model #: POWVA14000D Unit Price: $132.30|Subtotal: $132.30 CREDIT DISCOUNT Discount: $1.70 ************************* 1 - 4 Business Days Estimated Delivery Date: Jan. 11, 2023 Employee ******************* is extremely rude and unprofessional wants me to believe she is the main boss of the business and keeps giving me the runaround dragging this out wanting me to pay a money order to power acoustic for shipping and wanting to have the item that almost caught my car on fire supposedly repaired I will not put it back in my car and endanger my family I want it replaced And I feel like I shouldnt have to pay shipping for something that I have already paid in full for. This item was originally purchased through Lowes. Com but they will not do anything for it is past their warranty Please help ******************* needs to learn how to talk to people if she is going to continue to work with resolutions such as this I am completely overwhelmed
