ON 12/29/2023 I MADE A PURCHASE FROM THEM AND ALL SEEMED TO GO WELL, WHEN I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS LATER I WAS SHORT ONE ***** SENT 2 EMAILS TO THEM TO GET A REPLY AND ASKED THEM TO SEND THE ***** THEIR REFUSAL TO ANSWER TO CLEAR THIS UP IS UNACCEPTABLE.... My name is *********************** ORDER #************ Buick Riviera Custom Cruiser Cosmic Dust Green ******** with White ******** "Southern ************** ******* Edition to 400 pieces Worldwide 1/18 Diecast Model Car by ACME ordered it on the 1st of January and got it yesterday the car is damaged the right window is broken the right side seat is twisted you push it forward and it looks like it's leaning on the other seat the seat is broken I would like a replacement that's more secure cuz I love this car. Our return department received the model and the model will be inspected and a refund issued. We just received it and we notified the customer that we will issue a refund ASAP after we open the return and make sure that the correct item was shipped back to us.Initial Complaint

Placed a order received a text message thanking me for my order no email confirmation no order number no contact at all. My credit card has been charged I have tried to contact them with no response the phone number never connects to a person the email address does not work. If you search online the number listed is a Bank when you call it. I ordered a diecast truck model from the company. The company sent me an order confirmation email that included a tracking link (Order# 315411). The tracking link did not work but the order said the model would be delivered in 3 to 6 business days. After 6 business days and not receiving the model, I contacted the company by email, told them I had not received the model, and asked if they had an estimated delivery date. The company responded to my email with a screenshot of a USPS delivery confirmation and said that the model was delivered to my address on Jan 14, 2022. I emailed the company and told them that it was not delivered on Jan 14 and I still had not received the model. I told them that I wanted either a refund or a replacement model sent to me. I received an email from the company stated since USPS confirmed delivery, the matter was closed.Business response

The company response was what I originally requested from them. Initially the refused but now, after the BBB complaint was filed, have had a change of heart. I accept their response provided I receive the refund as promised.
