I ordered tires via the Simple tires website and my husband chose this location to install our tires because of the high number ratings on yelp.I called the day before to make sure my order was ready. My tires came in on Monday afternoon and figured Ill just come by in the morning. The manager **** said that would be great and quick. This morning I pulled into the parking lot and I had never been to this location. I walked into the lobby and didnt see anyone in the office. It was 9:25 am. **** approaches me and gets behind the counter. He pulls up my order and he tells me I should call my husband because I need a tire alignment or else my 2 wheels will run into the ground. I dont understand how in this day in age a man would ask me if I need to call my husband to make a decision on a purchase/service??? I tell him I am buying 4 brand new tires, Ill be fine, I didn't make a mistake on my order.Its now 11 am. Im running late but Im happy my car is ready. **** hands me the keys, I tell him I want a receipt. He asks me to sign electronically and I realize he didnt check out my car?! **** said his computer froze, so I walked out to check the tires myself. Luckily I pulled up my original order and examined my tires to make sure they were the same All weather tires I paid for. The back two matched correctly to what I ordered but the front two were an entirely different brand! I was annoyed. I walked back in and told **** of their HUGE ERROR, trying to send me home with 2 different tires! He said he would fix it. I said how much longer?? He said give him 20 MORE MINUTES!! I got there at 9:30 and it was now 11:40 am. I was late to work and all they could offer me was a SORRY. I cant imagine if it had been someone else if they would have caught the wrong tires?? I wont be back.
