We ordered a convention oven and it was damaged in shipment, the *** has claimed responsibility, but the shipper action sales still won't refund our money, it's been a month and they have our money and we have no oven. They filed a claim with *** so we should have a refund already they amout is $1704.06 the tracking number is 1Z5RR9610340328061 , the order number is **********Business response
