Whatever company this is has taken money from my account twice. Once was $12.99 on January 15th and then again on January 21st of $39.99. I never signed up for any subscriptions, memberships or reoccurring charges. I would like to get this resolved and be refunded both amounts.Initial Complaint

My card got compromised several times from these various companies. My bank denied all the charges and I got a new card and they still tried to charge my card again. All charges are showing denied and also have age restrictions noted in details from bank.The names coming up are Token Provsion $30 1/12 Ntgvgpnfd $39.99 1/12 Lvbrdmt $12.99 1/10 stdmlvrsctr $2.99 1/5 nvrslvm $39.99 1/5 Doing a ****** search on my own when this first started, the website was asking me for the first 6 and last 4 of my card, which I refused to give them. Upon calling them you can barely understand the dilacte. They couldnt provide me any information about the charges, but buying persistent they took our email and in 2.5 seconds was able to find the charge but couldnt give me the company. They then informed me I could fax a subpoena to request additional information. On january 5th I was checking my checking account and found two unauthorized charges. Supposedly, it "Customer management security company" which I never ordered. And this is the second time that they took out $***** and *****. I never authorized this company to take money out of my account. I don't even know who they are. The company has no name it only has acronyms. Look at the following. Ttmhgh.com ph. ********** Crtgsmtggrt.com ph *********** I believe they are scammers. A few months ago they took ***** out of my account which I never authorized also. When I call their customer service they won't tell me what company. Last month (8/23/23) there was a charge of $12.99. When another charge of $12.99 appeared today (9/7/23) I decided to call to find out what the charge was for. The representative advised me that they worked for many companies and were unable to provide the name of the company for which the charge was associated. She asked for my name and the first six and last four of the card used. I refused to provide that information and insisted there must be an email associated with this. She reluctantly took my email address and was able to look my account up. Still, she said that she was unable to provide me with the name of the company responsible for the subscription. She provided me a fax number and advised me I could send a subpoena for the information. When I insisted there had to be a phone number, a name, or an e-mail address she told me that she would have to end the call because she provided me all the information she could. When I asked for her name she hesitated a bit before she ended the call. Soon after the call ended I checked my statement and $12.99 was refunded. I'm seeking a refund of the additional $12.99 taken out of my account.Initial Complaint

A $39.99 charge appeared on my checking account. The number given belongs to Customer Service Management and claims they cannot tell me what these charges are for. How can they manage companies that they can neither provide the name of nor what the charges are for? This company has charged my card 3 different times from 3 different customer service websites they claim to represent. They told me that they are the customer service and billing department for these customer service websites and that they are not the ones charging me. That makes absolutely no sense. They are extremely rude on the phone and ask for your credit card information. They say their companys name is the customer service management company. They dont have a website or a location they are based out of. This company is running a scam!Initial Complaint

We have reviewed your complaint #********. Upon receipt of this notification, we attempted to research this issue with the available information (customer name and email address). Unfortunately, we were not able to locate the transaction(s) in question to properly address this complaint. The consumer indicated that she contacted our service department and if she can either provide the confirmation number from her contact with our center or provide the last 4-digits of the credit card in question, we can resume our research into this issue.

Member ********** also received a bank dispute on 7/01/23. The customers requests were immediately granted, and the accounts were cancelled and refunded in full.
