I started this monthly subscription back in 2020. Once covid hit there started to be delays in shipping the product. Summer of 2020 I moved out of my sisters but I was still receiving my mail there. With my job being so busy I didn't quite realize I was being charged for my monthly subscription and not receiving product until June 2021. My sister also had a monthly subscription so I had asked her and she had noticed she hadn't received hers either. I tried reaching out to the company with no luck so I cancelled my subscription and the last payment withdrawal was June 2021. There are at least 15 months I was charged $20.95 monthly without getting my lashes. The shipping information said all unfulfilled. My bank was not willing to dispute the charges since I had a monthly subscription. There was no resolution with the company since you can't get a hold of anyone. Fast forward to January 2022 and I get another charge from on-fleekbox for $15.96. I emailed the company that I had cancelled my membership a few times and eventually was sent an email saying a refund was issued. I did get a refund back for the $15.96. So I thought that was settled until Feb. 2022 I got another charge for $39.95. First off that amount wasn't even an amount I had originally agreed to when I signed up with them. Secondly I had cancelled twice now even though the second time I had never resigned up. I emailed with no response. I even tried cancelling again online but the website wouldn't allow me to when I tried hitting the cancel button. I eventually had to go to my bank and cancel my card. This company owes me well over a couple hundred dollars. I have checked the companies social media sites and it looks like my sister and I are not the only ones with an issue. Very convenient though that anytime I write something on their posts it eventually gets taken down. So I guess they have someone that can do that but not respond to customers. They're clearly stealing money from a lot of customers.Initial Complaint

I subscription to On Fleek eyelash box back in 2019. It was a great subscription until the pandemic hit, and then I stopped receiving my boxes. I tried to contact them but there's no way to. The email just sends a generic reply, I can't find a phone number, and all the socials are not active. I finally cancel my subscription in August 2020. Then all of a sudden, starting in January 2022 I was charged $20.95, about 10 days later I did receive a refund. Then February 22, 2022 I was charged 39.95 but I never received a refund. I tried to cancel, but the cancel button is not working. And now, I keep getting weird emails with just dots like .... And I looked at my billing info, they are charging my expired debit card???Initial Complaint

I haven't used Onfleekbox for several years and all of a sudden I have a $58 charge for on fleek from February 14th 2022. This is on a credit card I don't use often at all so I only noticed it today. I Emailed the email from the last time I ordered.Initial Complaint

I have not ordered from On Fleek box in almost 3 years. I was randomly charged $38 for a subscription that I did not create, nor did I receive a product. I have tried to call and email customer service, and there is no way to contact them that actually goes through. I have tried to cancel the subscription online and it won't let me do that either. Onfleekbox randomly charged my credit card. I remember several years ago buying one box from them and not making another purchase. Randomly my card was charged for a subscription I did not request. There is no way to contact someone or cancel the subscription they signed me up for, and my credit card company will not remove the purchase. I have emailed them because it is the only information I could find to contact them and they have not responded. This is illegal and should be pursued criminally. I subscribed to a **** box monthly subscription named on-fleek box on February 15, 2019. I decided to cancel my subscription because I got charged for a box that never received. I had no issues canceling back then. I decided to cancel October 15, 2019. I no longer have that subscription thats until this month February 2022, that while checking my bank account I noticed I had been charged for this subscription. Since then has double the price. I emailed the company about my cancelation and until now have not had a response. I filed a complain with my bank. I don't even know how are they still charging a card that expired 2020. I had cancelled use of their subscription services well over 12 months ago, but have received an unauthorized charge in my bank account of $58.76 on the date of February 22nd 2022. This is stated to be a monthly reoccurring subscription charge that I did not consent to, and cannot cancel appropriately through their website or via email. I feel my information is at risk, and has been misused by ON-FLEEKBOX.COM. As you will see in the photo provided my last order was October of 2019. It is also states my information would only be retained for at least a year and then destroyed, which it clearly was not.Initial Complaint

I have been charged for over 16 months of products not received and just now charged again when I have removed my card from their site. They continue to charge me without my permission and oweb me over $340. Not to include a charge on 2/17 twice for $39.95 that I hand disputed with my bank. Purchased a subscription in March of 2020. Cancelled it a month later. Was charged a monthly subscription rate for the month of February 2020. I didn't sign up again for this service and haven't logged into anything that pertains to this company. When I tried to reach out the company no longer exists. 1/15/22 I was charged $20.95 after I cancelled my subscription in May of 2020. They did refund my money but I saw a charge again 2/17/22 for $39.95. I don't understand how they are still doing this. If I cancelled almost 2 years ago. All I want is my money refunded and for this company to remove my card information.
