**************Please beware! This place is AWFUL! I had my vehicle towed to Pacific Motors, after reading all the reviews ( all Obviously fake!) The first call I received was to tell me that the mechanic was worried to Just take it for a Test Drive because of cracks on my tires ( which were "Michelin" tires!( the only tires for an MBZ!) which still had ****** miles left on them! They told me that I Really Needed New tires!? I did not know any better and trusted what they were telling me!? I mean all of those 5 Star reviews on their website!!! I thought "they Knew best" I agreed, So they could at least Test Drive it!? The next call, I was told I needed 2 ************** *** Gasket was blown, After $3,000. I picked up my car, talking with ******** telling her I was headed out of town to celebrate my mothers 80th Birthday! Her response, well you are Now Good to go! I left the following Friday, I left to drive to my Mothers home and was going to pick up my daughter in **************, I made it to ***********, and Smoke was barreling out under the hood, I pulled over & Called Pacific Motors and ******** answered, I explained what was happening, She went to speak with the Mechanic, when she returned, she told me that "it was just some spilled out oil and it would subside! I was apprehensive, but I'm Not the Professionals, i continued on to **************, The smoke still barreling out from under the hood, I could barely breathe, I had noticed many people passing me on Hwy 1 Pointing out all the smoke. I made it a few more miles to my Daughters home and she and her husband ran out, My son in-law had to throw a huge flat piece of cardboard under my car because the remainder of the *** was just pouring out! Called Pacific Motors again and told ******** Something is Not Right!? She told me to bring it back On Monday! My Mothers b-day! Had it towed and Guess what? They did not Use MBZ parts and they would fix it at N/C & offered a complimentary *** change!? My car's electric is fried!
