HAND CARRIED APPLICATION WITH COPIES OF DOD, COMMENDATION, CIVILIAN ID AND PASSPORT, A PHYSICIAN PRESCRIPTION FOR SERVICE DOG, THE DOGS VACCINATION RECORD. ALSO HAD ORIGINAL SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND MEDICARE CARDS.
PROVIDED FLOW SHEET/DEPOSIT SLIPS FOR INCOME STREAMS. THEY REFUSED CASH/CREDIT CARD. I LEFT WITH UNDERSTANDING MY APPLICATION ONLY NEEDED THE FILING FEE.

MAILED CASHIER'S CHECK FOR FILING UPON RETURN HOME. (TOTAL MILES 1000 PLUS).

Military beware!!! Monterey California is a washed up tourist community where at one time Jimi Hendrix played a song or two. Now it's overran your buses and it's neighborhood counties who don't have a beach to look at. The office does not always reply to phone calls as well. They must think the military gets funding from the silicone valley fund. No wonder people are running away from this state! I pray I never get orders here again! A complete financial nightmare. Thanks Army! Save up about 3-5k for move out cost!! They don't replace nothing in the home and up charge Soldiers to make a profit!!!
