On 9/17/23, I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. I heard a noise while I was there and they didn't say anything to me. I went to another mechanic for a different problem. They told me that the oil cap had cracked, and that the housing around where the oil change was done was damaged. They said that if the problem wasn't fixed it could potentially effect the engine and cause more damage. I got my vehicle fixed for $85.52. When I found out about the issue, I called Jiffy Lube to ask for a refund. They said that their manager would call me the next day and I never heard from them after explaining the situation. They also asked me to come in the same day for them to repair it and I wasn't able to get in touch with them until the end of the day. I had the repairs completed the next day at the other mechanic because the oil cap part was ordered and took one day to get there.
