    I purchased a product from them on December 23, 2022 in the amount of $97.37. I returned the product - for a refund - as it was no longer needed. That product was returned and received by the company on January 10, 2023. Since then- I have reached out to them for a refund at least twice - and both times I was told it was not complete yet. I am filing a complaint - as they have the product - AND my money - almost two months later!!! They continue to give me the run around for my refund and nothing happens. I get very sparse communication from them but it always ends in - give it more time. I am tired of waiting. If I had not returned the merchandise it would be theft of service. I consider it the same. This is theft!

    As an African American paying customer I was denied service for asking too many questions. This is a dominant **************** and the way I was treated is beyond unacceptable. They allowed their loss prevention manager, ***************** to step in when I asked to speak to the manager in charge of the event. ***************** not only came over with a short fuse, but was very inconsiderate that I drove all the way from *********** to get there at 5:30am. After the long drive I also camped out until 8am and waited in line for nearly 3 hours for checkout, while their team made up spending rules as the day went on, on what customers could and could not buy. I mentioned to him some resolution questions such as, If I could go pick out different boots and skip the line since Ive already waited over two hours. He denied and dismissed any kind of resolution point brought up by cutting me off while I was talking and telling the staff to cancel my transaction. ***************** then threatening to call authorities if I didnt leave the premises. Furthermore, as I was denied service, an older Hispanic lady that was working the line, blurted out loud, We have the right to refuse service and I stated For what?And she was unable to give me an answer. Never in my life have I been so humiliated and disrespected as I was ******* this encounter. Threatening to call the authorities was absurd. I did nothing wrong but ask questions. I was treated as if I was stealing something. The customer service was below poor and very unprofessional. Paying customers should never have to experience the amount of disrespect and embarrassment that I experienced. Since May 20th, Ive reached out to this company numerous times regarding this matter and no one has taken the time to respond back to me. Worst business ever.
