Bought a 2022 Stanta Fe from this location, financed with tire protection. Traded in this stanta fe 3 month later(at another dealership), and also contacted ***** clavijo for a cancellation on "Tire and Wheel protection" which is $699. Prior to the contact with *****, I contacted ******** ******** ********, they told me I need to contact the dealership first, to get the cancellation form, and work with the dealership. So I contacted ***** and she send me the cancellation form, and i replied her back with propely filled Form with Proof from Email. And now almost 3 month later, I contacted Fidelity Warranty directly because I never received the refund, and they told me my protection was never cancelled, and this dealership no longer work with Fidelity, which means ***** or this dealership is lying to me. Trying to take my money from the protection without properly cancelled my protection!

2015 Hyundai Tucson lost all power on the freeway on 6/14/23 evening time around 6pm, it was towed to the dealer on 6/15/23 on 6/20/23 the dealer got back to me and said the engine seized. (My year car is under the extended warranty from the class action motor recall so Hyundai is liable to replace.) The dealer asked me for all service history that I had because there was no record of any service on the my car from 12 miles to 112000 miles in there system? So I got together all I could to show I did keep up with the service. Hyundai declined replacement due to maintenance neglect. they said I do not have enough records. They said doing maintenance on your own vehicle is not allowed? I have record of 19 oil changes at a service station and 9 are from me doing it myself. I always maintained my vehicles and have not ever had a problem with any of my other vehicles over the years. I feel Hyundai needs to stand behind their brand and replace the defective motor under warranty as they stated they would. Thanks

I purchased this vehicle in May or June of 2021, used. We did test drive it and purchased the same day with a rather large down payment. I bought this car for my then 26 yr old daughter *** ****, mother of two and nursing student/full-time working home health aid. She pays the monthly and insurance. She brings the car in for maintenance. Early in the first couple of weeks my daughter noticed her tires were near balding and the interior light was not functioning. She brought to the dealer and they wanted to charge her for repair and tires. I stepped on and called **** ***** the owner. After a very heated and loud conversation he apologized and they replaced the tires and bulbs. My daughter has brought the car back a few times to get the bulbs changed because they keep going out. At one point **** ***** put $80 on her account to cover an oil change for the inconvenience. Now the lights have gone out again and they want to charge us $118 for a diagnostic check that should have been done the first time the bulbs were not working. I have left at least 4 messages for **** ***** via service and operator as well as his voice mail. He has failed to respond. I want what is fair and right. I want **** ***** to run the diagnostic check and fix what was broken since we purchased the vehicle. The brakes were low when we first purchased as well. We opted to repair elsewhere and have since bought 4 new tires with warranty elsewhere.

July 7, 2021 I was sold a brand new car 2022 Hyundai Tucson by Hyundai of Moreno Valley. The car was covered in scratches and was told by the sales person that it would be repaired but it was not. The car is still covered with scratches but sold to me as brand new.

It is our understanding that Ms. ******* has filed a case with Hyundai Motors America regarding issues with her paint.  At this time we the dealer are not able to complete any repairs in connection with the complaint filed in the case with Hyundai Motors America.

I am rejecting this response because:
Hyundai of Moreno Valley did suggest I follow up with The Hyundai Corporation which I did. Hyundai Corporation suggested I contact BBB because the business that sold me the vehicle with scratches on it should repair it. I have driven to Moreno Valley twice and the owner of the dealership, ******* agreed to repair the scratches but the repair department failed to repair them. ******* was informed of the failed attempt and that’s when he referred me to Hyundai.

I tried purchasing a car from this dealership on November 9, 2021. They informed me that because someone recently traded in this car that day I would have to wait until November 12, 2021 to drive the car off the lot. During this time I was not informed they did not have financing approved for the car but they let me keep the car until they found financing. Approximately two week later, on November 29, 2021, they found funding through Global Financial. They asked for 3 references and my job phone number to confirm my employment. My supervisor informed me they did call but she had to put them on a quick hold and when she returned to the phone, they hung up. They never called her back. She even asked me if they were taking the car back because they never contacted them again. Well, today I got in contact with Joey in financing at the dealership and he informed me I would have to park the car on the lot until the bank gets a hold of my boss. I told him they never called back to get my employment verification. He then went on to insult me about not being serious about wanting the car and that I’ve been driving this car for free, even after my $4000 deposit. He then told me that my supervisor, who runs a multi million dollar location needed to give them time and not put a bank on hold. I asked for my money back and I was told I cannot have a check today because the bank is closed and I would have to wait until tomorrow when they call me to get my money back. I paid my deposit on time but I now have to wait for check for my money back and be insulted to boot. They were not honest about selling me car and I would like someone to step in about getting my money back expeditiously. Thank you.

Customer returned the vehicle on 12/12/21 which was a Sunday and our business office was closed and unable to process the credit card reversal for $1990 of her down payment on her credit card and refund check for her $10 cash down payment and $2000 on her debit card.  It is being processed this morning 12/13/21 and we will be contacting Ms. ******* to pick up her $2010 check and provide her with the reversal receipt for the $1990 on her credit card.
