I bought two cars from this dealership totaling over $140,000. Completely paid off my limited edition last call charger **** pack. I brought my car back to the dealership the first week of buying it after I had a stress crack in the windshield. No rock damage or anything just a stress crack. They then took forever to schedule it, once I got it repaired the sub contractor they gave the job to, scratch both my fenders with a belt or pants or something while leaning on my car, they took 2 months to schedule the repair for my fenders. In the meantime I did a basic oil change and they ran over a s**** in my tire, they did replace my tire, but doing so scratched my 1200$ rim. After finally replacing my rim weeks later here we are finally fixing the fenders, when buffing my car they completely scraped into my wide body fenders. Im still waiting for repairs and for answers. Also when they replaced my windshield they installed my rear view mirror, the plastic part under the mirror is loose. The **** PRESIDENT ****** agreed all these issues was caused by their technicians during repairs, the integrity of my limited edition car is now ruined after all these repairs they are making on my car. All over a simple job. None of this shouldve ever happened. The way I am being treated and talked to by the ** of the dealership is unreal. Because I point out the flaws and the stuff ruined on my car by the dealership, he says im to maticulous yes anyone spending 100k$ on a car would like it to be treated well at the trusted dealership they bought it from! Yet Im spoken to as if Im wrong, because this dealership walks all over people and takes advantage of people, I speak out for myself and theyre wrong doing with nothing but respect. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE OR AT THAT EVER SER**** YOUR VEHICLE HERE Also im reading comments about how they rip people off they did the same with my **** pack! Dont trust these people!!!!!

****, we have tried very hard to take care of your concerns every time you have brought them up to us.  You have come in to our brand new facility and got in to an altercation with our sales team on the showroom floor then berated our service advisor, service manager and myself in the service drive then after that you did a donut spin out  in our brand new service drive and endangered yourself our customers and employee's. Our employees feel threatened and endangered by you.

**** at this time would like you to take your business elsewhere. Thanks

I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet **** on 9/30/23 for my son. We both had a horrible experience at this location. I would like to have given it a better rating, but they do not deserve one from us. It was not a great experience for myself or my son. They pressured and forced us to pay for LoJack in order to purchase the car. The LoJack was an add-on, I had informed them several times, we do not want. They charged me for the LoJack under pressure. We were lied to by the finance manager. The internet manager specifically said to us we do not have to purchase any if the add-ons if we do not want and that they (finance guy) will try to sale you the add-ons. It was evident that he was out of line. They ran my credit, just to try and get me to finance a portion of the car price, I said NO. The finance manager lied and said they needed to make sure I am who I say I am. My drivers license was my proof. Keep in mind I paid cash for the car. I would never refer a family or friend to this **** Brothers. I called in to speak to a manager and they were no help. I sent a written letter to them with my complaint hoping they will do the right thing. Please help I want them to refund me the cost of the LoJack plus tax.

We bought a Jetta from here earlier this year and we’ve had nothing but problems. They did a bait and switch on us. The car was supposed to be 19,000 and didn’t even realize we paid 37,000. All we want is for them to honor the price like they said they would. We never got a chance to look at the car thoroughly because we were in a rush, and actually told them multiple times we would come back, but they had our trade in car hostage saying they could get everything done quickly. We got home and realized the car had been in an accident. The brakes were not working properly so they changed them and guess what we still have problems with them. Then the light on the passenger side visor was dangling which they said they would fix (they never did). Then, my husband put down more money to pay the car off just to find out that money went towards a package for stuff that wasn’t even working in the car. We talked to the manager and we just went in circles cause they seem to love scamming people. I regret everything just don’t do it you’ll spend so much money on such a crappy car.

I purchased a 2017 Kia Optima on April 7,2022 and took it in 6/20/22 for oil change and to replace trunk latch that was going out . Then 8/6/22 the check engine light came on so I took to to all star kia to find out motors bad , turbos out and allot more also 15,000 worth of work. I went back to moss brothers to let them know I’ve bought a bad car I was told I had put miles on car and had not got a oil change which I did and have proof 2 months after I purchased the Kia. Please help I’ve reached out and was told it my car I didn’t purchase a extended warranty but I’ve had problems the second month having the Kia. I have all the proof I’ve did proper Maintenance maintenance to the vehicle. Then my car was took to Maas brothers Toyota for a diagnostic the same thing as Kia and then my car was given back no check engine light House came on and there’s still something wrong with the car it’s driving the same as I bought it. After I got my car back check engine light has not came back on. Please help I’ve tried everything.

If there was a less than one star that I could leave, I would. On Friday morning 9/9 I took my car into this dealership to get a diagnostic preformed on a check engine light that came on the day before. The service advisor informed me that they would not be able to see the car until Tuesday 9/20 and the diagnostic fee would be around $185 (which I signed for). Although this time frame was an inconvenience because I was visiting from out of town and now need to rent a car to drive back to my home state, I still proceeded to leave my car for the diagnostic. I never received a call back, so I decided to call in Thursday 9/15. The service advisor on the phone informed me that my car was never looked at and proceeded to tell me that "my wife" actually declined any repairs and picked up the car. The problem was that my wife and I live in a whole other state. After about an hour waiting to hear a call back, the advisor then told me that my car actually is still there but they are not able to look at it unless I would pay around $585 for a diagnostic fee, which is much higher than the original diagnostic fee of $185. If I was originally told that the diagnostic fee would be that high, I would have never dropped off my car, but now I am in a whole other state and the dealership is giving me the runaround. This dealership is at the very least dishonest. I am still waiting to hear from management.

Mike, you told our adviser that you had engine work done by another company and we as a courtesy did POD the vehicle and engine has a misfire and we explained that it would need to be torn down so we could see why the engine is misfiring and you said not to do anything and that you would be picking your vehicle up. There is no diagnostic fee due at this time and you can come and pick up you're vehicle. We prefer not to get involved with a repair that another shop did on your behalf. If I can be of assistance please do not hesitate to call me. Wayne A**** ** ***** *** **** *** ****

This comment is not accurate. Your service department did not inform me that my vehicle is misfiring and I did not turn down any repair recommendations after I turned in my car to your dealership on 9/9. I had to call in almost a week later to check the status of my vehicle, at that time your service advisor told me that my wife picked up the vehicle, which was impossible because we live in Utah. I did however bring my car in over a year ago for a misfire, but this is unrelated to that visit. I asked Hanna (an hour after I dropped off my vehicle) to let me know what the check engine light was reading, in which she told me at that time it was something about the timing belt (not a misfire). But I was never informed about any repairs and I never declined said repairs. I turned in my vehicle and signed a form stating I agreed to pay a $185 diagnostic fee and was required to rent another vehicle. Now your dealership is saying that the vehicle was given to someone else, then that I have to pay a $585 diagnostic fee and now saying that you won't even look at the vehicle. This service is unacceptable.

The car was good until a few days into owning it already started developing problems phone not connecting well usb ports didn't work, back seat didn't secure well. So i brought it into the their service shop to have it worked on but during that transition I found out that the vehicle was in an accident prior to me owning it and was not reported on the carfax but their service department was was able to confirm that it. After visiting them again with to either try to get a different vehicle of around the same price, some discount on the current vehicle or return the vehicle. In an attempt to return my faith with them and continue doing business with them in the future.I was un able to do any of the options since they over priced the current vehicles with add ons and making it over 8k in dealer fees I give it 2 stars they were able to bring my first car I bought with them to an affordable monthly payment and the sales men at the time were helpful in the negotiations I deducted 3 stars because I had to find out myself that the vehicle was in an accident from their service department not being able to get into another vehicle with it being in the same price range but be charged more in dealer fees then the last vehicle. And because they couldn't get me a refund for my vehicle because I didn't buy there cancelation policy I was honestly hoping to keep the vehicle for a long time until a few days later issues started to arise a few days of having it. This issue could have been avoided if service team and sales would compile finding together rather then just going off of car fax.

I didn't leave satisfied, as my original intention was to return the vehicle and my money back. I bought GAP insurance, Sept 6, 2022 when the vehicle was returned, incase the vehicle totaled itself after due to the accident it was in after the fuel system failed Sept 9, 2022 and brought it in again Sept 10, 2022 to get it fixed yet again and received it again Sept 28.

We traded our Old car to get a pre owned Jetta. They had hidden prices and add on added to the final loan amount. They told us lo jack is included in the price but ended up adding $1200 for it. Also didn’t give us a copy of our retail agreement. Very poor customer service and liars, just want to reel you in and don’t honor their part of the deal. Save your money and go to another place.

traded in my least vehicle for a financed vehicle everything was fine until I got into the back where the finance department is. it was at this point that they pushed several items in order for them to sell me the car. at no point in time in the front did they ever talk about a high priced warranty a mandatory GPS navigation system which was almost $1,000 that they claimed was mandatory with the finance company which I found out later was a lie. 695 for an alarm system that I never received which they lied to me about and said it was already in the vehicle. they have given me the runaround for several weeks now. the air conditioning unit in my car is dripping all the water inside so it is soaked everyday. I have received no compensation for the GPS navigation system or the alarm system. this is not good business and they lied to customers at the last minute in order to pump up their profit on their vehicles. then they try to tell you that we would have to raise the price of the car if we did not put these items in there. this is unethical and by far they should never do this to customers after spending hours in the front test driving cars. I have called them several times try and work this out and I still do not have an answer. my load has been approved for my new car so the dealership has been paid and at this point they really don't care to help me. make sure you ask all these important questions up front.
