Buyer Beware! Dog cooling bed/blanket. Claim not made with chemicals, but arrived with overwhelming chemical smell, no tags, no care labels, no inner packaging/wrap several weeks late. Contacted them immediately. Will not consider it returnable or defect. Must pay return shipping and undisclosed amount to restock. Or I can keep it and theyll refund 30%, agreed to this, but have yet to see that credit. Absolutely dishonest, bait and switch. Chemical laden. I wouldnt send it back so they could resell it. Just throwing it away.

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered one dog cooling mat based on all the glowing reviews. During checkout, the last page offered a buy one get one free for the cooling mats. I accepted and requested a second mat as the free product. As soon as I selected this, with no further order verification, my credit card was charged for two mats. I was immediately upset but there was no way to change it, I figured at least it would be worth it if the mats worked as advertised. Several weeks later they arrived. The ice silk felt like cheap polyester. While it was cool to the touch, it got warm as soon as I left my hand on it for a second. If anything, I got warmer the longer I held onto it. They do not accept returns on sale items, theres no notification of this before you buy but I should have read their return policy. Now Im stuck with two useless products, one that I didnt even intend to buy, with no recourse.

Terrible company does not return emails on how to return purchases.

No stars for this terrible business. No returns for product. They only respond when they want your money but after the sale they never respond to any emails. When I received my dog car seat it was so flimsy my dog fell right out of it. Totally unsafe. I cannot reach them to get a refund and return their shoddy product.

Deceptive pricing *************** and switch. Both are against the law.

Purchased a bed for my truck and my dog. 200 miles into a 1400 mile trip the zipper blew out and *********** that holds my dog on the seat fell to the floor. A friend had to safety pin it back together for our return trip. It took about 30 minutes for him to get *********** to fit back in! I had to send photos and a video of the damaged product. A new package arrived finally arrived the other day but it was just a cover, not a whole new bed. They expect me to unpin the old bid and fight to get *********** into the new cover. I have a spine disability so this procedure will take me several hours to do. **************** didn't care. If I ran my businesses like that, I would be out of business. Buy something somewhere else.

Product is not what is stated in add. They have no return policy . That alone is alarming. No one in company will give any information on a return.

I purchased the * size car dog bed which turned out to be way too small for my 50 medium size dog. I email them to start a return (since the next size up is an XL and costs $50 more!) I find out there are no returns. They claim that products on sale are not refundable, BUT THEIR ENTIRE PRODUCT LINE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE ITE* IS ALWAYS ON SALE (they have a bogus clock ticking saying how long the sale is) . I've worked in retail and it is illegal to claim an item that is always offered at a "sale" price is actually on sale. After reaching out to them several times I got 3 wishy-washy "we are sorry for the inconvenience" emails that ended saying "we have to follow the rules". I tried calling and the recorded message says "we're busy filling orders, reach us via email) The product is just so-so. Fits any medium size dog poorly. Fits the back seat poorly (I have a ****** and the dog bed is deeper than the seat so that thick edge just falls off the seat, unsupported, which makes no sense to me.) So if you object to companies treating customers poorly, illegally not allowing returns of unused items that are not legally "on sale" and then don't shop here. PS the top of their website claims their products are "vet approved" by ************************* -- there is no mention of a veterinarian by this name that I could find anywhere on the internet. this is shady company that needs to be shut down!

Went on their online site instead of FB. Read all reviews and purchased a dog bed/carseat with exceptional return bogus reviews. It was too large and I emailed to find how to EXCHANGE IT. TOLD ME THEY COULDNT DO THAT UNLESS IT WAS DAMAGED. Needed to take pictures and blah blah. Knew it would be a no go no matter what I did. Beware! This company us not what they claim!! Don't spend your money o. This bad product and bad communication!!!
