    I would never ever ever rent from this company. I went to an open home that they have to a house in *********** and there was mold on the back window in the master room and also it smelled really weird. The painting was off and all the agent did was tell me about the reviews that the next-door neighbor had put in which was very unprofessional, calling her out of her name but yet everything that the lady said, after reading reviews was correct the house smelled of mold it smelled weird, and it smelled like cat pee. I was not even able to see the home Until after I put in an application which is very weird because you also have to pay a fee. This company has the worst rating Ive ever seen 1.5 now I understand why theyre very unprofessional in the homes that they want you to move in or not kept up well and you see that they did the bare minimum for people just to move in and take your money.

    Hello, this information is false. We dont have any records of your application, your application fee, or even you signing the log of the open house. Im not sure where youre getting this information. Also, the property has been checked and theres no mold. Were here to rent our property and not take advantage of anyone were honest, and I wish everyone could be honest as well.

    This company is a sham in a scam. They make people move inside of homes and then expect for them to live with mold and mess up flooring. Also, its very unprofessional I had reported to the office manager in regards to Worker being unruly early in the morning and I talk to him he never called back never did anything in regards to them, but yet he told me that Im not a tenant, and I have no business being in their office yes I do as a homeowner. Im letting you know this is very unprofessional and this is not the way things are supposed to be going, this company you get what you pay for please look them up before you even think about going with them the office manager will not help you. They are not a great business. Look at their reviews.

    This is the neighbor of one of our properties in the *************. She complained about music at 10 AM and she was very disrespectful to the workers and even call the police. The police showed up, the police didnt do anything about it because there was no law being broken. Being disrespectful and using profanity with people does not get anywhere . If a person has an issue they should approach respectfully and polite. The lady didnt get her way, so thats why shes filing a complaint with BBB..our properties are inspected and maintained before we have new people moving in.
