I had to put my precious cat **** down on Dec 14, 2021 I called preserved pets and and my first question "will I be able to hold her and pet her? *** said "YES". When the contract arrived - it said DISPLAY ONLY! I would not have continued if i had known it was display only. The box they sent (see pic) 26 by 12 by 12 way to big for a 6 pound cat. Not even enough ice packs to fill. They neglected to tell me I did not need to ship her immediately. She could remain frozen for months. Led me to believe I needed to ship immediately and in order to receive the shipping box in time I would need to express ship. ($126). Thy completely took advantage of my grief, but the contract still did not agree with what I was told. This company preys on grieving pet owners. When I called to cancel - the $300 deposit non refundable even though they had not done anything to my cat as she hadn't even been sent, Another concerned company suggested I not send till after the holidays as the package could get lost or be late due to the holidays. When I talked to *** about cancelling he was completely unempathetic "$300 was not refundable. When I said I was going to file a complaint, he said go ahead and hung up on me. THe UNSIGNED contract says 50% due at start of work. Cat not even sent yet! I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I am contacting you because NO grieving pet owner should be so misled and I don't want any others to add to their grief by an unreputable company
