      This business is scamming people for money by promoting a manufactured business. I was trying to make some sweats for a clothing brand I plan on creating and when buying my bulk order i put $500 down and still havent received a legit update or the product i ordered. I worked with him before to make a sample of the sweats first which i did receive but they were poor with communication and giving me updates. Then when i decided to buy the bulk order the agreement was 3 payments an initial one, one when an update was shown, and one when its all finished and ready to ship. I gave him the $500 and in two weeks he sends the update picture and it was the same picture he sent me when they made the sample pair. I told him that he just sent me the same identical picture as before and asked to see a picture of at least 5 pair of sweats. They said ok and never reached back out. I keep trying to get a hold of them but they keep ignoring. Its been about a month now they said it was supposed to be done by the end of May and i still havent heard from them.

      I needed t shirt samples for my business, Made By *** LLC ran an ad on instragram claiming they were cheap and had fast turnaround.. well that March 7th and it is now June 6th and Im still waiting on my order. Its been nothing but lies and empty promises from; *****, *** and the rest of the Made By *** LLC crew. From March to Mid April, I was told to wait 2 weeks after being promised it would come two weeks prior. To the point, they stopped replying all da way until late April and came with more excuses. It got to the point that I had to berate them for a reply and I just got finished being in an argument with *****.. where she claimed my order was in the trash where it belongs mind you this is the manager for said company. I just want my money back. After doing more research, I find out that theres more people whove have never received the product they paid for all on instagram in MADE BY *** LLCs comments. So it is clear this business is just scamming people and or just false advertising the service they provide. They claimed everything was done in shop in **************.. two months past now its they get their work done in ****. Thats not right. I just want my money back, Im all set with that family and company.

      Our softball team ordered a purchase from madebyjoe.llc the order included, adult team sweaters, player sweaters, coaches hats and was charged for the impression of the hat as well. Despite our order arriving extremely late and past the due date the hats from the order that was paid in full were never delivered. We have tried reaching out via email and Instagram and ******** to try and get our funds back for the items that were never given to us. However, we have never heard back from them. They stole money from our team since we never received the hats ordered.

      This is a very unfortunate situation we as a small business have on our hands.

      This client is being unreasonable with **, yes we delivered the jerseys and the sweaters they needed in a timely matter.

      We took on this job with pressure of a special deadline that we unfortunately missed due to 3rd party shipping delays , We took full responsibility and delivered.

      We have talked about the missing hats, its only a total of 5 caps missing, that want to refund $950 which is no way we can do this with out merchandise back ,

      We can come to a conclusion of return funds paid for missing items or distribute out missing items.

      This client has been hard to negotiate and is being unfair with such a small missing part.

      We can do our best for this to never happen again for which we have switched suppliers, this is pushed way out of proportions for 5 missing hats.

      they have received 98% of the order and loved it. 

      Here attached we have personal text messages with the client, they claim no contact, they had direct contact with a sales agent. They claim to have all jerseys and sweaters accounted for, only missing 5 hats.

      No problem we can deliver merchandise, they have been unfair in this situation and wanted a full refund and keep product, this is not possible.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Dear *** LLC,

      Thank you for your message regarding the situation at hand. However, I must express my disappointment with the inaccuracies presented in your response.

      Contrary to your claims, we have been nothing but reasonable in our attempts to resolve this issue despite our multiple attempts and no response from you. We acknowledge the timely delivery of the jerseys and sweaters, but the missing hats were a significant part of our order, especially considering the additional molding  $45 charge we had to pay for them. We did not request a full refund; rather, we simply asked for a refund on the hats and the molding fee, along with compensation for the inconvenience caused to us and our customers due to the missing items.

      Your assertion that we are demanding a refund for products we have already received is simply untrue. We have made numerous attempts to contact your business through various channels, as outlined in our previous messages, but have received no satisfactory response. Since your business has no phone number or website we were only able to message you regarding this matter via email, Instagram, and ******** and with no response from you at all. 

      Furthermore, your suggestion of either returning the funds or distributing the missing items is not acceptable given the circumstances. The missing hats were essential at the time of purchase and are no longer needed. We ask for a full refund for the hat molding fee we paid, the hats we purchased and and inconvenience appreciation since we had to pay out of pocket to the people we purchased hats for. 

      We urge you to reconsider your stance on this matter and work towards a fair and reasonable solution, your proof screen shots ensure we tried contacting you multiple time and only asked for the refund of hats and molding. We ask for a full refund on the 5 hats($75)and Molding ($40)= Total of  ($115.00) that were paid for. We as for the appreciation of ($115) that I had come out of my personal during that time since we never heard back from your company. WE PAID VIA ZELLE and will accept ($230) payment back in that same form at *************.  We are willing to provide any evidence necessary to support our claims and hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and swiftly.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      We no longer can utilize the hats purchased. The season we need the hats for is long gone. That team no longer exists. We do not need the hats anymore. It is extremely unreasonable for *********** to try and give us hats we no longer need. It is extremely  unacceptable for the Made by *** LLC to try and give us hats we ordered 8 months ago. We paid for the order upfront and the company failed to deliver our hat order. We would like settle for a  full refund only for the hats paid and the molding that was also paid for totaling $130 thank you.

      it has been quite some time dealing with this situation, 

      given that client is coach for little league teams and we work with that same organization, 

      we have many happy clients, we are willing to extend this credit to the new season team. 

      even if client not order bulk from us we can issue hats with new team name.

      Unfortunately, 

      Due to the simple facts that,

      1. we received the order extremely late mid season with little to no response. 
      2. The business did not deliver the hat order including in the total order. Nor did they send them late. 
      3. Despite we paying our complete order In full up front we still did not receive our order complete. 
      4. Despite us attempting to reach the business multiple times via multiple platforms. WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM NOR DID THEY EVER TRY TO REACH BACK OUT. (All the screen shots the business is sending is of us contacting them. But they fail to show where they attempted to contact us because that never happened. They never contacted us to fix the matter. 
      We find it injustice Madebyjoe LLC to not want to return our money, RIGHTFULLY. Respectfully, we regret our purchase with Madebyjoe LLC and wish to no longer do business with them in any future. 
      WE DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT ORDER! WE DO NOT WANT FUTURE CREDIT. All we want is what is rightfully owed to us and that is the amount of $130 we paid to them. 
      Why does MadebyjoeLLC keep refusing the subject of refunding money we paid for an order we never received? That is called theft! MadeByJoe LLC is stealing from us. 
      MadeByJoe LLC rightfully and lawfully needs to refund us the money they owe us. If further steps are not taken by the company to refund us our money back we will have no choice but to take this matter to small claims. Thank you.
