I hired ******************* Leakpro, to install a new irrigation controller and fix the irrigation on my property to ensure that the plants in front and back were getting water. His team came out this summer, charged me $675, but the problem wasn't fixed. After many, many texts, he finally sent someone out to trouble shoot. That person claimed there was not enough water pressure in back and I needed an additional valve. He (leakpro) charged me another $250 for that (check paid to LeakPro, but I was not given any invoice). The valve began leaking the same day. I called the guy who came out back, and he returned, fixing the valve, but the plants in back still didn't get any water. Many texts with ** ***** later, he agreed that I was overcharged by $100 for the work, and promised to send someone out to fix the problem in back. It's been two months. I've sent him many texts. Nothing. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service person. Avoid this business lest you experience something similar to what I did.Initial Complaint

We hired ************************ to fix a sprinkler leak at our home in March of 2022. ****** showed up at our home to assess the problem. We were told all of our sprinkler values were old and needed replacing, in addition to fixing the main leak. ****** asked us for a check for half of the amount ($*****) written to his personal name because his boss was hard to get ahold of and he needed to buy supplies to start the work. ****** then left and didn't come back to our house for 4.5 hours. We called him multiple times and ultimately canceled the check. When he finally returned, he told us they would fix the leak and replace the values, but after hours of work, nothing was fixed and the new values were not working. We called ** and he came out the next day to assess. He then sent multiple other teams to our house to fix the issue, however the leak has never been fixed and our new values still don't work properly, but our check for $***** for all of the work was cashed. I have reached out to ** 10 times to ask for a refund and/or to have someone back out to fix the sprinkler leak. He has not responded to me since May 10, 2022 and has not refunded us or sent someone out to fix the original issue we hired his team to fix.Initial Complaint

On 2/15/2022 Leak Pro team arrived at my house to fix my leaking sprinkler system. 1 Hour and $665 they claimed that they had fixed the leak. I checked and told them it has not be fixed, but they kept applying pressure to me and giving me excuses on why its fixed and that I need to monitor for 24 hours before know if the leak is fixed or not. They then assured me that if the leak was not fixed they would come back out and solve the problem. I have attempted to get them out multiple times and they keep telling me they are going to come out and never do come out. After spending $665, my systems leaks just like it did before they came and they can't be bothered to come out and fix the leak that they got paid to fix.
