      in May 23 I bough a battery from Shorai with a 1 year warranty via Amazon. Few month later the battery died, contacted Shorai that reply no problem, we send you another one under warranty Nothing happened after that, I called, no answer and the voice mail box is full.Emailed few times, no answer from Shorai.

      I ordered a lithium battery from a company called revzilla. After following instructions on battery I installed it in my motorcycle. The battery worked for a week or two but than motorcycle sat for about a month. This should not be an issue for the battery. I then went to ride and battery was completely dead. I tested it with my multi meter as I am a technician myself. Battery was at zero volts DC. I contacted revzilla and they told me it had to be taken up with shorai. I have left 2 voice mails and an email and they will not return my calls or email. This is a lot of money to spend on a motorcycle battery and now I just want my money back

      This battery manufacturer sent an email to previous customers asking us to re-register our account in their new system. I was promised a 20% off coupon. I didnt receive the coupon, so began attempting to contact them via their preferred means on their website. Multiple website submitted forms requesting them to reply or contact me. Nothing. Multiple phone calls (no one ever answers the phone during business hours). Multiple voicemails left requesting they contact me. No response. Incredibly frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. Their ratings on ****** are all 1 star (Bad) it seems.

      Purchased shorai battery and shorai charger. Battery went dead within 6 months countless attempts by phone and email without contacting me they sent a new charger. Charger not the problem. Tried again no answer to email and I missed their 1 phone attempt this is on going since last year. I dont want their free charger.i just need the battery (************) replaced. Battery purchased for my boss, ***** ***** my coworker ************************** been trying to get ahold of someone and has sent numerous unanswered emails.

      I had a year warranty on a battery. They were to deliver it to me by February 18th. I still have not received it. I want a refund for the replacement battery I never received. I have called and emailed them several times.

      In October 2021 I was sent an email from Shorai that they would approve my warranty replacement for a battery I purchased early last year. They have stopped communicating with me about my replacement and have failed to reply to several emails and phone calls, and those calls I left voicemails with my contact info and case number. I'm beyond frustrated with this companies lack of customer service and failure to live up to its "supposed" good reputation.
