            Purchased a refurbished vacuum pump from RJR. Problems from the start. Although they claimed to have the item in stock, they charged my credit card, but did not ship the item for several weeks. They only shipped when pressed to give a tracking number. Once the product was received, it was clear that it was not what we ordered. It had an incorrect motor for the model. The oil case was the incorrect one for that model. Model purchased was 2010SD, oil case was for 2015SD. Parts on the outside were damaged and not replaced. Missing shield for oil site glass, Motor is wrong size and underpowered. .55kw motor is the spec which equates to a 3/4hp motor. An underpowered 1/2 hp motor was used. Mounting bolt for base was missingThe overall condition of the unit was filthy, not was was expected or promised as a refurbished unit. We have tried many times to contact ***************** by phone and email and he has not responded in any way. This item needs to be returned and a full credit given for the item and shipping costs.
