I placed an order for a collectible cup on September 8, 2022. I received a confirmation email on September 20, 2022 indicating that a separate email would follow up with tracking information. The seller is constantly posting merchandise on her social media which confirms she has the products on hand. I attempted to contact the seller via email and on the Instagram acct connected to the website. None of my emails or inquiries have been addressed, I have not received any tracking information or product. I would like a refundInitial Complaint

I’ve placed a few orders and I haven’t received my items, nor have I been updated. Messages sent to request updates have been ignored. Items were ordered in September and it is almost Christmas. I have no way of being refunded and the seller is not answering any communication. According to posts online, I am not the only one. I would love to have the items I ordered and at least an update would have sufficed. I have received nothing! Please help! I purchased on 10/02/22 and as of today I still have not received a follow up email, tracking info, or received the product. I have attempted to contact her and have not received any help. I saw comments on her Instagram that others have not been able to reach her. I also saw on her blog that she has not sent others their purchased products. It appears she is running a scam and I want a refund. On the receipt which I have attached the billing says paid with in person and not PayPal. She does not have any phone number listed to contact her. It also shows I was supposed to receive it as the “due date” on 11/04/22. I filed a dispute with PayPal. Purchased a cup from this merchant on 11/01/22 and never received it. Was charged $180 to my credit card. I have received word that I am not the only one from other customers. September 18 I Zelled this person 70$ for two mango jeweled startbuck cups, she said she has them with her but she never sent me the cups, she ghosted me on IG first then when I reached out to her work email she said that she had run out of “ink” but that she would ship my cups soon. Time pass she ghosted me on email so I sent her a text which she replied that she had a lot of orders to do and that she was not scamming me what so ever, I have proof and screenshot of everythingInitial Complaint

The customer claims the issue is prior to the LLC being filed. This complaint is not valid, the LLC was filed October 2022 - therefore this complaint has nothing to do with this business. All customers have an order number and additional information. No refund will be provided.Customer response

On August 7,2022 I made a purchase of 2 overseas Starbucks cups from this reseller I paid her on the first payment thru Zelle $78.00 on August 21, 2022 I ask her if I can cancel my order for one of the cups since the first payment cover the first one including shipping she refused and didn’t accept cancellation I proceeded and make a second payment of $40.00 on August 27,2022 and a third of $38.00 on September 07,2022 a total of $156.00 she was supposed to send me my cups October 31,2022 she didn’t and stopped responding to my messages thru her 2 accounts on Instagram and her website she deleted my comments asking her to respond to me and always active and posting but never reply to me. She never send my cups I ask for a refund and no response either.Business response
