            I own a jewelry store and R***** ****** called me about selling me some new lights for my display cases. He was very knowledgeable and had good prices so I ordered about $700 worth of lights from him. I then got on Facebook and told all my jeweler friends about the good deal that I got. They said that they knew R***** ****** and that he was a scammer. So I called R***** back and he agreed to refund my money. He never refunded my credit card or sent any kind of check payment in the mail. I had my manager tried to follow up with him multiple times and he would never answer our calls. She was calling from our store number and he probably recognized it. So R***** took $700 from me and doesn't even have a tracking number to prove that he shipped me something. This seems very dishonest for me and I can't believe that someone doing this kind of stuff is still in business after what he said he's been doing it for 37 years. I hope the better business bureau can help get my money back from R***** and maybe someone else can see my complaint before they buy from him and get scammed as well.

            AVOID this company. They sent me light bulbs that didn't work. Robert Gracey, owner said they would send out new bulbs that would work. Never Received them. They now do not return phone calls and I have bulbs that don't work.
