I purchased the pump less than 30 days ago. They refuse to refund. The agents have poor customer service. They offered a consultation appointment that was over a month away before they could send out a replacement pump. I do not recommend.

Best worst pump. When work it works great but they only last for 3 months tops. I bought my first pair from willbple who never used them and every set broke in the same amount of time . They always break eventually they never stay working. It's ashame because they **** so great when working I prefer these over any other pump but they just don't last and they are to expensive and the warranty is only a year. And it's not covering everything just crappy.Willow Pump Response

This product is not worth the price tag. Terrible battery life, app keeps recording false and inaccurate milk output. The containers are oddly shaped and difficult to clean. The pumps continue to malfunction. The pumps are so bulky and not meant for petite bodies. They should discourage and have proper disclaimers. They offer additional insurance, even thought their pumps have a 1 year warranty and they make you believe a warranty is not available. Id leave zero stars if I could.Willow Pump Response

My pumps both broke within 6 weeks of use. I called and asked for my money back and they refused because of their no returnpolicy. The machine is a piece of junk and should not be supported by health insurance plans. Buyer bewareWillow Pump Response

Absolutely awful experience. Pump doesnt work and its a complete waste of time. Then they try and charge you another $50 to get fitted for some insert that doesnt help anyways. Interestingly enough its very hard to leave a review on their website. I wonder why? Probably because everyone would leave horrible reviews. I hope nobody else buys these pumps because its flushing $300 down the drain.Review from Samantha S

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE product. Ive had two replacement pumps already and I have had it less than 4 months. Ive replaced the pump parts twice already, shelled out hundreds for pumping bras thinking they were the problem. My most recent replacement literally just quit working. Ive had to contact their customer service MULTIPLE times. I am giving the same generic fixes that never solve the problem. When asked for a refund they said they dont give refunds once the box is opened. So how am I supposed to know if the product works for me if I cant open it to use it? Absolutely shady business. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Willow Pump Response

Terrible. The pump didnt work and they refused to give me a refund. This is not acceptable for a mom. They also wouldnt even take back these large containers that hadnt been used. I would give zero stars if I could. Customer Service also terrible.Willow Pump Response

Stay away from their products! Their customer service is terrible, in fact the worst my wife and I have ever dealt with regarding any profitable company. I would tell anyone to buy Medela or ***** instead.If I could give no stars I would.Willow Pump Response

Highly disappointed as I was misled into repurchasing a replacement pump. I was told one price by the representative and when I received the replacement it wasnt what I paid for. The company is not resolving the issue and saying they cant do anything. I wouldnt purchase pumps from this company as they give false information. Any other company has to be better than the customer service I have received.Willow Pump Response

If you are looking for a pump look somewhere else! This company has caused me so many issues due to receiving a faulty pump from the start. I had to use the left pump for both breast and then it stopped working within a month. Due to my baby not latching and having no pump my supply is now almost gone as we sit and wait weeks upon weeks to get a new set of pumps through warranty. Once paying close to $500 I cant afford to buy another set of pumps. This company has killed my breastfeeding journey and caused so many issues for my babe who has severe reflux and truly needs breastfed.
