Subject: Complaint regarding false advertisement and refusal to correct order by BBB on Joybuy Dear [BBB Representative],I want the 2 harnesses I ordered please make them send them to me I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with Joybuy, an online retailer that operates under your jurisdiction. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with their service has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.On [date], I made a purchase on Joybuy for a product that was advertised through a prominent ad on their website. However, upon receiving the item, it became apparent that the product did not match the description outlined in their advertisement. It is disheartening to realize that Joybuy has resorted to false advertisements, thereby misleading consumers like myself.Despite the clear disparity between the product received and the one advertised, my attempts to rectify the situation with Joybuy were met with great resistance. When I reached out to their customer support team to request a correction or replacement for the inaccurate item, I was met with refusal and inadequate assistance. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and unwillingness to address the false advertising issue only exacerbated my dissatisfaction with their services.As a consumer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to uphold ethical standards and be transparent in their advertisements. False advertising not only misleads customers but also violates their trust, ultimately tarnishing the reputation of the company. I ordered 3 pettipants coulotte snip-it slips at $11.98 each. The company mailed me 1 which I received November 19. They are refusing to send the other 2, also refusing to refund the $23.96 owed to me
